Who is Chou Chou? First of all, it's pronounced "shu shu", so don't go call her "ciu ciu" or something, got it? It's a vital point to learn how to correctly address the most powerful, popular and cute goddess of all the known and unknown universe.
Here she is! What? What were you expecting? Geez, how rude of you.
Chou Chou is a cosmic entity, always traveling to expand her dominion over evey and any living being. Her power is the ability to charm anyone and anything, and turn said anyone and anything into a loyal peon under her comand.
This power of hers is only limited to those who find her attractive, though. And since not everyone in the universe is attracted by an egoistical palm-sized flatty lo- *BOOOOM!*
Ah-hem... S-sorry, goddess, I will do better than the previous guy...
At any rate, the goddess is able to shift through a number of different forms, each with its own personality and looks, as well as skills and so on. Here are all the forms the goddess can take.
This is her Sadist form. In this shape, she is dominant and loves to keep others under her booth. If you think you can overcome this side of her you're out of luck. Her sadistic and completely ruthless ways will get you in line in no time.
In complete opposition, here's her Masochist form. This one only wants to say she is sorry, and will do any task, no matter how boring or ungrateful it is, since she seeks out humiliation! Getting mistreated turns her on, getting treated kindly will make her pout. It's her shyest persona.
Moving on, here's one of her most popular form. This is her Bipolar self. As you might have guessed by her twintails, in this form Chou Chou is the kind of person to hide her embarassment under harsh treatment. She becomes more vulnerable to praise and compliments, rejecting them while blushing furiously. How was the japanese word for this one...? Oooh, right, Tsundere.
And here we have the classic and stereotypical blonde and clumsy girl. Her Ditz personality makes her a slob, never feeling like doing anything in particular, and causing her to turn quite lazy. Her personality become kinda plain, making her clumsy in everything she tries to do. Anything but napping, that is.
Nothing beats though the courtesy and manners of her Graceful form. In this one, Chou Chou becomes the most well-mannered being in the universe. She is careful about what she does, she thinks twice before speaking, and never acts harsh or rudely with anyone. It's the form in which she is wiser, though she finds it to be pretty boring. Perhaps her 'normal' self is completely opposite to this version of herself.
This is the Hyper Chou Chou! Nooo, not 'hyper' in that sense... Hyper in the sense she's dynamic and owns an infinite amount of energy. She runs around and about all day long, never getting tired, always keeping herself cheerful and without a care in the world. She is quite childish, as her appearance suggests, but this makes her spontaneous and kind.
Last but not least, here's her Terse self. This version of Chou Chou is always calm, unfazed by anything happening before her eyes. She speaks very few, only when she must, and is able to quickly narrow onto a person's insecurity, pointing it out with few harsh words. She likes to listen more than she likes to talk, and will always follow the rest of her group silently.
Oh, her normal self gets called Egoistical form. It's her usual personality, where she wants everything for herself, and to serve her. This personality kind of rubs off in everyone of her forms.
She likes to bring people with her, and is actually very kind to her peons, humans or shampurus. She also lives to take long baths to the hot springs, and doesn't mind appearing naked in front of anyone.
Now that you now who she is, be aware of her. Every person Chou Chou meets, she will try making her a servant. You might end up under her boots, or kept around for some fun times, or even end up getting on her menu. There is no escaping the undisputed goddess of the universe once she's on the hunt. But try befriending her, and you will have found the most powerful ally you could ever ask for.

I will rather corrupt peons into demi-human shampurus/bunny girls. It's more attractive compared to the feral counterpart. I yet lack a picture for that.

A certain level of grammatic competence is required. First of all: do not dare using text-like shortened language. Meaning I don't want to see any "u" used instead of "you". It doesn't take too long to finish that word.
Also, I will pretty much ignore anyone not able to tell "your" from "you're", or similar. It simply ruins my immersion.
Do not reply with one word, or worse, one character only. It just makes writing a reply difficult and not worth it.
