Felicia is a catwoman. She has long blue hair, and eyes of the same colour. Her hands and feet are shaped like paws, covered in white fur, like her cat ears and tail. Her body is barely covered by white stripes of fur, so she usually hangs around naked.

As for her background, she was kept in an orphanage rn by a nun, and became some sort of paladin of justice among darkstalkers. For more details, see the Darkstalkers saga.
