Physical Characteristics
In strides something of beauty, a shimmering sapphire dragoness, her scales aren't scales at all, but a shimmering, glossy, smooth dark blue in color seeming to glow a light purple in spots where the sun or moon hits her right, combined with silverish-blue bellyscales. A single pair of slightly curved, black horns juts out of her head. While in anthro form, she has a near-perfect hourglass figure, along with a pair of D-cup breasts nestled on her chest along with a toned, slightly muscled frame, generally wearing nothing, but if she is, she's wears but meager clothing, leather at that. She has two pairs of wings, although fairly small, they do allow her to glide around effortlessly after takeoff, and she has the ability to 'hold' her wings inside her body until she needs them. Long silver locks of hair run down to her neck, she occasionally brushes it out of her eyes as she walks.
Her feral form conforms to a similar frame, only being quadripedal in posture, sleek and streamlined.
Demeanor
She seems overly cool-headed for the most part, but if she comes across someone she doesn't like, she will be colder than ice..literally. For the most part. If in a yiffy mood, she will use her body and words in an attempt at seduction, noted by the almost musical tone of her voice and a sexy strut. Sometimes she is a little vain, but don't mind it, she just likes attention, but overall she's as sweet as can be.
She generally likes her prey to be willing, but I can also do unwilling if you feel strongly enough about it.
She recently though has gained a nasty streak, if provoked just right, she can be extremely rough with wannabe preds and pranksters, usually resulting either in getting amputated and hard-vored, or wingvored similar in fashion to Kailindrea's own wingvore methods.
Abilities
Frost Breath: A cone of frost shoots forth from her mouth, causing almost immediate frostbite to extremities and severe numbing pain.
Ice/Water Magicks: Nelli can cast various ice and water elemental spells, varying in intensity and casting time.
Glacial Spines: Summoning forth the element of ice, forming them into many small, yet very sharp icicles, shooting them at her opponent with startling speed and accuracy.
Ice Crystal: Using the moisture around an opponent, she can encase them in a thick prison of ice, rendering them immobile. This takes a lot of energy and weakens her considerably, so she uses this as a last resort.
Tidal Burst: Again using moisture around her, condensing it to shoot a massive stream of water at her opponent, think a fire hose, only 100x more powerful.
Water Barrier: She can use her water abilities to form a compact barrier of water which repels most anything but the strongest of attacks with a sturdy and highly pressurized wall.
Reformation: Using the waters of life, she can grant those she makes meals another opportunity. This is a draining process and can only be used once on a daily basis, so it is recomended that you have reformation abilities yourself before engaging with her.
Preferences
Vore Type: Soft only, she likes the squirmings, except when she's feeling expecially dastardly, then she'll result to using some methods that are less than painless, so, 90/10.
Pred/Prey Ratio: 100% Pred, no ifs ands, or buts about it.
Willingness: Doesn't matter too much, whether they go quietly or not is up to them.
Post Style: Semi-para verbose at the minimum, when in serious scenes, she gives and expects a 3 line minimum.
Digestion: Preferred, but again, not required, can be done on or off camera upon preference.
Tolerance: Normally prefers things to be painless and easy, but if a prey item gets too stubborn, she will result to inflicting pain.
Sex: Yes, please! =D But seriously, she is open minded in regards to intercourse, except for other females, lesbianism isn't her thing. Males and maleherms are welcome.
Vore Style: Nell is stretchy, and can eat up to 5 times her size with little difficulty. Goes along with her affinity to liking squirming prey.
Size Difference: Same size is preferred, but she will take larger prey if applicable. =3
Blood: Not preferred, but not completely undesired, if things get rough, they get rough.
Scat/Watersports: NO!
Treatment: She's gentle to those that are either scared of her in some way, or to those whom are nice to her. However, if dared to provoke her, you'll see the consequences of your actions and wish you hadn't.
Roleplay Preference: Prefers public scenes, no IC approaches through whispers, but a discussion and eventual scene through private is alright too. Prefers multi-sessions and grab-and-gulps, although if a storyline is appealing enough, will consider.
Partner's Gender: Prefers Male and Maleherm partners if the scene involves sex in some fashion. Though has a broad palate and will eat anyone of any gender.
Partner's Race: Most races are fine except for humanoids and plants.
Intelligence: As long as the partner doesn't run solely on instinct, that's fine, IQ isn't a huge factor.
Bondage: Will not do unless for restraint purposes during an icy torture scene.

Fatality/Reforming: There will be no permakilling as far as she's concerned, she will always reform her victims, no matter how much she brutalizes them.
Food-Related/Cooking: She will munch on regular food from time to tome, but don't expect it to be involved in anything perverse or kinky. She won't do any cooking either.

Breast: She'll also suck someone up into her bust to process them into milk if she so desires. Otherwise, her milk tastes like a cool mint, very refreshing, and also very thick and nutritious.
Wing: After observing Kailindrea for a time, she eventually garnered an ability to engulf hapless prey into her four large wings, the entrapped prey will be exposed to extremely painful digestive fluids, dissolving them rapidly into a skeleton which is flung from her midst. She may start a collection of skulls on this regard if it starts appealing to her more.
