It is a pleasure to meet couragous people like yourself. I offer you a chance to test your whits, bravery, and teamwork in a little game....come into my mansion. and let the trials begin.
The setting: My lovely home. An old victorian Mansion, inside of which is an ever changing maze of twisting corridors, secret passages, mysterious chambers, and dark cellars. Behind one door, a grand ballroom full of mirrors, and behind the next boiling pit of acids and fumes. Truel a test which will tax your body, your perseverance, your very soul. Within these living walls, you will face vile demons, angry ghosts, deadly traps and more, hell bent on making sure you never find the way out. The true question: Will you meet the perilous challenges within, or are you afraid?
1. No destroying the mansion, for the sakes of adventure (and scares) the building is indestructible.
2. No god modding, This one should be fairly obvious. But your not going to be using things the GM finds to be overpowered. think of it as a separate plane where you're full power is unavailable.
3.Dice rolls are going to be minimal, so converting to a vore game like system is unnecessary.
4. Have fun! The GM may make more rules as the game continues.
special thanks to Minami, for the help with the setting, gaius (and a few others in chat including viper_vipes) with the overall work.
How to play is very simple. its basically a horror themed roleplay, do what you want (within the rules and reason) and see how far you get.
Gameplay:
Combat and triggered events:
When a player does an action that triggers something GM will post ((trigger)) when this happens, give the gm a minute to write what happens. the person who triggers gets a free post right after that and any nearby party members can do an action at the same time as the reaction post. (Ie, pulling you out of the way of a falling boulder)
Combat: Creature gets first move. after that is a short 'reactionary' post by who it attacks. followed by any other nearby party members. after the first two reactions GM may start an initiative role to determine combat order.
