Absylom

Name: Absylom ... But it's unlikely it will come up often.
Species: Kryptherion (Alien, mostly unknown)
Gender: Male, assuming kryptherion genders work like humans'.
Size: 3,2 mt tall standing upright; tail long 3 mt. Weight: 370 kg.
Physical features: Unbelievably resilient carapace. Extremely strong muscles - able to lift several tons with relative ease, jump enormous distances and run at great speed. Claws sharp and hard enough to cut through reinforced steel with ease.
Immune to most corrosive substances and very resilient to thermal stress - extreme heat or cold - to the point of being able to survive in open space or a shower of molten lead.
Can protrude six strong and prehensile tentacles from his back; those can extend up to 12 mt. Not as strong as his main limbs - it takes two or three of them to lift a human body.
Tongue can be extended to considerable lenghts and is very mobile. Some glands inside his mouth can secrete either a sticky substance, a powerful acid or a fluid that releases pheromones; these can be applied through his tongue or spitted in sprays at a moderate distance.
His jaws can open greatly to swallow large prey - possibly alive and squirming.


How did you encounter the Creature?
Or to put it straightly, how did the Creature find you?

Maybe you were on your ship, departing from a rocky satellite after a brief mission, and you didn't care too much for that strange sound you heard from the hold.

Maybe you were exploring some ancient uncharted ruins, teeming with seeingly anachronistic artifacts, and you found a big transparent tube, seemingly ancient but broken very recently.

Maybe you were just watching some shooting stars from your house, and you wondered if that last one did *actually* fall in the woods.

Or you were opening your path through an insidious jungle, and suddendly the ubiquitous sounds of quivering life around you has gone silent, as if the jungle itself was holding its breath.

Perhaps he's outside your window, right now ... but you're too busy reading stuff on the Internet to notice him. Until it's too late...

Who knows that? Maybe he's the newest attraction to the nearby zoo. An attraction that seems to morbidly attract people, and you've heard several times the zoo guards had to stop visitors which were trying to throw themselves at him. How could that be? Maybe it's his pheromones?

And now, here he is. You can't still see him, but you understand now. He sees you. He is following you. He's coming for you. For the alien is hungry, and you're his prey.

-If you're interested but feel left out by my sliders, you may still ask me. Sliders aren't all-covering and perhaps you're the exception I'm willing to take.

STATUS
-Wherever you see me, feel free to approach, even if I have a "Do Not Disturb" status (see below).
-If I'm in the library, I'm probably looking for roleplay, unless I have a "Do Not Disturb" status.
-I'll use the "Do Not Disturb" when I'm busy in a RP or other activities, but if you want to ask me something feel free to whisper me even so; simply means as a "won't have much time to answer and not available to RP at the moment".
-Pred: This means I'm open for RPs in general (as a pred, of course, since that's the only thing I play).
-LFRP: I'm actively seeking a RP, so as above but with a tiny little more eagerness on my part.
-I don't think I'm ever going to use any of the other statuses.
