Ach

"Someone once told me that given the chance, they would become immortal and never look back. I seriously question the sanity of such individuals."

Ach (Ash by enunciation) was a relatively normal individual, who lived a normal life to a normal standard. He was born in 1876 too a poor family that barely held their own farmlands. He grew up on the farm, working at his fathers' side and watching the people around him grow up and change. He had two siblings, and lost both to disease when he was 7 years old. He was the only one left of the kids, and he took it as his responsiblity to make his family proud and bring them out of their squalor of a life and into something better. He was a smart young man, for a farmer, eagerly picking up any books he could find and snatching a few paragraphs before he'd be called back to work. How he learned to read was always a mystery to his parents, but never to him. The farm they owned, while not large, had three neighbors within a few miles of home. One of which was a kindly old veteran of the Civil War who had lost his right leg and left arm from a cannonball. His name was Mr. Leppert. Old man Leppert was a recluse, prefering to stay inside his home with his two grand daughters' keeping him company in the most innocent of ways. They were a good family, and they took a liking to the quiet young man when he came onto their property with a roast his mother had made the likable old man. He would visit them on and off over his years at home, learning how to read, to cook, and to survive in the wilderness should things ever go sour. Old man Leppert regailed him of tales of valor and honour, how his side fought for what was right and how they had beaten the 'Angry South'. But one day, when he was 17, Ach went to visit the old man, he found the house deserted. He was confused, knowing full well he was invited to come by this day and shocked to see no one home and the windows and doors boarded up. He knocked, more out of curiousity then anything else as the sun began to set behind him. He turned to scan the area, to see some sign of cartwheels or something that may indicate the family had moved post haste. That was when he met Her.

As he stared out over the farmlands, he was struck from behind with a terrifyingly strong hand. He nearly blacked out as he staggered forward, grasping a broken plow handle on his way down for support out of sheer instinct. He rolled onto his back to see who his assailant was, and beheld two figures standing in the doorway of the home. One was a male holding a Thumper (A really thick stocky stick) with fresh blood dribbling from its end. The other was the most beautiful woman he had ever seen in his short life. The man lunged at him, and out of instinct Ach rolled aside, letting the man bury his club where the boys head once was. He swung awkwardly with the broken plowhandle, which was shattered by the mans extended palm like chaffe to the wind. The boy rolled backwards into a crouch, waiting for the man to make a move, when suddenly the woman lept atop his exposed back. He stood up and attempted to shake her off, up until he felt a sharp pain in his neck, causing his world to go dark.

He awoke inside the house a few hours later, surprised at the clarity of his vision even inside this lightless place. He sat up, and immediately rubbed his neck. There was no wound, no injury.. but he felt cold. So cold. He looked around, remembering he was attacked before he was somehow knocked out. Only the woman remained, the man no where to be found. She stared him, her eyes unreadable and his own more confused then he'd ever admit. She smiled, and stood up to walk to the door. She turned to him and said quite bluntly,

"You were in the wrong place at the wrong time. You dared defy us, dared approach us in the fading light of day, and you did not run. I respect that. I'll visit you sometime, see how your doing. Oh, and you should avoid the sun. It'll kill you."

before she simply walked out the door. He blinked, taking in what she said and wondering what it meant before he lept up and ran to the door. "Hey!" He yelled into the night, but she was gone. More confused than ever, he watched as a wolf howled against the moonlight before looking down towards the doorway in which he stood. He was shocked to see those eyes, those EYES!!, so familiar and yet so alien to him. He knew they belonged to the woman who attacked him, but that was impossible.. Or so he thought.

Its been 128 years since that night, 128 years of roaming the wilderness and trying to make sense of who.. or more specificly, what he was. The first few nights were hard, very hard, for he didnt know what he was supposed to do with these newfound powers he could only imagine in his previous life. He could speak with animals, quite fluently. He could See people through walls, through anything really, so long as they were within a set range of him. He could hear their heartbeats, feel their tension and their sorrow. And he never spoke to them. He avoided humanity like the plague, hiding in deep forests and living in caves. He dared not return home, though it killed him inside to wonder what happened to his father. He learned later that his father had searched for him for years before dying of heartache and loss, alone in his little farmhouse. This memory can bring out the worst in Ach, pity the soul who asks him about his family and persists when he flat out walks away. He has learned alot more in those years of solitude than he ever could locked away at home; but he yearns to live a normal life again. But that was impossible, he was never able to be a normal person again.

He was Gangrel. He was Undead. He was a Vampire. He found this out within the first weeks of his undead life, for while he hid in his cave.. his stomach grew more and more restless, devoid of the lifeblood he now needed. The Beast took over, and when next he woke, he was in a small village near the forest he had taken up residence in. The entire town was slaughtered, bled dry, and he was the only 'living' thing left in it. He realized with cold horror what he had done as he looked at the mutilated corpses strangely devoid of blood. Blood, the mere thought drove him and set his heart racing. All at once he realized what he was,
one of the Damned and the Fallen. He vowed to never settle near a human settlement again, and fled into the forest. Over the years, he's met a few others of his kind, even his specific clan. They informed him of the "rules" of the game he was now involved in, amazed he had no idea what was expected of him and that he was still alive after all this time. The Camarilla has contacted him a few times, all met with refusal, and before long even they realized the state of things concerning this wild self-loathing gangrel, that he would Never be near humans, and therefore would Not violate the Masquerade. They left him alone, prefering instead to simply keep an eye on him and see what became of the wild one. But even they lost track of him when he wandered into Nexus Park one evening, seeking solitude from the nearby town and to search for his next kill, usually a deer or several small animals. He had no idea where he had just wandered, and he's been here ever since.

Whats it like to be around him?

Pretty succinct, really. He doesn't hang around other sentient individuals very long as they ask too many questions. He avoids humans as if they were some kind of evil thing, and he shuns any conversations asking him about his origin or how he could do the things he could. The only thing really marking him as different then most were the ever glowing, animal like slitted green eyes staring out from under his usually furrowed brow. That and the coarse, thick fur growing from his forearms, accenting his clawed digits. That is, unless you catch him in the throes of hunger.

Being part of the Gangrel clan, he has some pretty scary abilities when it came to finding the prey he needed. He could turn into a wolf, or alter his own physical body to adapt characteristics of one. He could grow claws, a Protean ability, that grew as if made of silver, and could shred the toughest of hides with ease. His physical power grew exponentially, as he could now quite literally juggle a train (Not the Engine, the whole damn train.), but only after he'd outrun it to its destination. He was faster, stronger, but worst of all.. Perpetually hungry. He could never slake his thirst for blood, no matter how much he gorged, the beast gnawed at the back of his mind, screaming for release. Should he become in serious (Life threatening) trouble, or should he be left unfed for a while.. He surrendered to the beast. And when he became that way, his body underwent a completly different type of transformation. While most Gangrel turned into their werewolf like forms when enraged like this, so too did he, but he also grew terribly and frighteningly powerful while in this state. Far beyond that of your usual Gangrel, and this is a source of much wonder for the boy and for the few vampires that he had come across since his "Awakening".

If you would like to approach the man, be aware that he probably doesn't want you too. (I do.. He doesn't) Despite his callous remarks and his open disdain to meeting new people, he doesn't wish to bring harm to the innocent. Despite this however, a few staunch individuals have managed to talk to him for an extended period. One even offered to let him drink their blood, as they saw how starved he really was. Despite his nature he does not just hunt arbitarily, prefering to lose himself to the beast as opposed to willingly destroying someone elses life as his was. He also dreaded turning someone else into a thing like him, for he did not know there was a special act to perform to do so. He thought if you were bit, that was it. So don't be surprised if he slices you first, as opposed to using those twin fangs which were more than capable of rending even the hardest of scales thanks to his supernatural power. The majority of his time is spent in his home, one of the many caves dotting the sheer cliffs overhanging the lake. His is lightless, though the entirety of its interior walls, even the ceiling, is covered with thousands of drawings of the various individuals he's spotted. Some of which are so vivid, so lifelike, it's hard to believe the artist wasn't standing right next to them.. but anyone who's seen him before, knows he was more than likely as far away as possible. (This extends to the player, who spends most of his time here picking various players and drawing their characters. The only way one will ever see these pictures, is to actually interact with the reclusive vampire. Your move.)

Even with all this in mind though; you will notice how he watches the living with open envy and extreme sorrow. You are what he wishes he still was, for he is tired of watching his friends grow old and die.

Never/Dislike I really like being the predator; but He's just a vampire. There's WAY more powerful things here. And I like it.
Soft Vore Always/Love
+

Never/Dislike Unless he is in Beastmode (No pun intended), he simply cannot perform this act. He loves it though, for he takes some comfort in knowing his body heals faster than you can digest him. At least in here he wont kill anyone.
Hard Vore Always/Love

Never/Dislike I never really pictured him being gentle when feeding. You shouldn't either; he wont make it easy unless your REALLY convincing.
Digestion Always/Love

Never/Dislike Nope. He drinks your blood, not your soul and/or body. And as mentioned above, he heals far faster than your stomach acids' can digest him. Still hurts, though; so know that.
Fatality Always/Love

Never/Dislike Wishy washy on this; say you did manage to digest him.. he'd die. If you pissed him off, You would. So while I see this as definitely a thing, I wont force it on anyone who doesn't like it.

Unconventional Vore Always/Love

Never/Dislike I take this as in meaning Randomized; as in you don't plan wherein you are going upon going in. This makes things way more realistic and entertaining. These sliders definitely help you get an idea as to whats the most likely to happen, however.
Stretchy Always/Love
+

Never/Dislike As a predator, minor stretching at best considering he's probably draining your blood. I am not against this with others' bodies though, that stuff could be all stretchy... See Unconventional.
Realistic Always/Love
+
--
+
--
Never/Dislike I'm all about realism, that is how I will play my character. I cannot control what I'm up against however, and do not shun the powerful. Godmoding however, is not tolerated; unless you are a God character. In which case, its kind of the thing the character does. I will not tolerate you Making me do whatever you want, however. That'll result in a permanent ignore that can never be repealed. This isn't a democracy *Points at the ignore button.*
