Background:
Summoned to the mortal realm as a fledgling incubus, Aedan eventually broke free of his summoner's control and spent the next few centuries exploring the world, honing his predatory abilities and enjoying all the pleasures and thrills the world has to offer.
Personality:
For a demon Aedan is surprisingly friendly, playful and gentle. He has a curious nature and enjoys mingling with humans, elves and other races. He sometimes finds himself infiltrating mortal's dreams, observing and learning more about them. Still, demon is always a demon and Aedan can rarely resist his predatory urges for a long time. While the hedonistic incubus is not an overly cruel predator, oftentimes coming off as very loving and caring, in the end he sees everyone as potential prey. However, there are plenty of greater predators he needs to be wary off. While certainly high on the food chain, he is not quite on the top.
Magical skills:

- Shapeshifting (used to disguise himself as a human)
- Shadow Simulacrum. Aedan can create a shadow version of himself for various reasons (mostly fun though).
- Summoning a shadow serpent from his own shadow to do his bidding (eating people)

- Ability to infiltrate dreams. Power increases depending how much control the dreamer gives him.

As an incubus Aedan often times bides his time, studying and getting to know his prey in hopes of seducing them and leading them into a vulnerable position. Of course, given a chance he is quick to seize his prey and take his time enjoying them. His favorite prey are demon hunters, paladins, clerics and angels.
The character can be adjusted for modern, fantasy and scifi settings ect.
