First thing one would notice is that this male is strikingly feminine. He was blessed with a relatively androgynous body, naturally, but as a young kid he has always identified with girls as much as boys, and developed some odd habits from that. He is very conscious of his health, eating lots of vegetables, few meats, and a lot of things that are high in estrogen which, coupled with his natural body, has resulted in a form that looks like the one shown.
