| "Have I ever told you of the story of Pandora's Box?"The girl said, "It's a story about how the god Hermes gave a small box to a child name Pandora, telling her with detailed care not to open it, for something would happen if she did. For some time, the little girl wondered what was in the box, but did not open, fearing the god's warning; however... her curiosity soon got the better of her, and when she did open it, all the evil that we know today: anger, greed, envy, death, etc. sprung out from the box, unleashing destruction upon the mortal world, all because of the little girl who had so carelessly fallen into her curiosity.... Why am I telling you this? It is because I feel that you should know, know that in life there are many things that should not be "opened"... in the little story I have told you, do you think the girl was wrong to have open the box?" "If she didn't open the box, nothing would have happened," the person honestly told the storyteller, "but the gods were even worse to have given the little girl such a thing...why do you ask, Aleen?" Aleen looked at the person, her eyes a mixture of sadness and apathy, "Why? because I'm going to tell you that the gods are indeed cruel... for I'm Pandora..." |
| Bio Cursed. In a single word, Aleen Ina, known as "Pandora" by those who have survived the first incident, is summed up in that singular word. When she was a child, her parents desired many great things, however they were unable to due to their status in life: they were poor, poor beyond all belief and hope. Some would say that the fact that the birth of Aleen was the cause of it. This was because when little Aleen was born, she was very sickly, causing much effort and money to be poured into trying to save her, causing a great deal of debt to loom over the heads of her already poor parents. They loved her in spite of all the things that was caused by her birth. Soon, the poverty in which they faced grew to be too much -having to then take care of another mouth. When whatever demon or angel saw this occur, they decided to play a cruel trick. The spirit granted the family a box, a small, silver box which would cause for good deeds to occur to them if they placed it in the room of the one they held most dear, forewarning that breaking or opening would cause consequences towards the one who did it. Gingerly, but in need of a better life, the parents agreed, placing the box on top of a shelf within the child's room. It wasn't until Aleen grew to the age of 10 did the even occur, her parents had gone out, working hard in order to gather money to provide for a better life, did Aleen finally spot the silver box in which her parents had hidden away from her. Curious, and with nothing else to do, the young child went and attempted to collect it, climbing on top of a table and chair in order to reach her new interest. It was then that she opened the box, and soon the consequences of her actions grew apparent. Upon opening the box, a dazzling light sprung up from it, engulfing the child and all that was in the room, rendering Aleen unconscious. When her parents returned from their work, they discovered the open box, and Aleen, laying upon the floor. When they woke her, they found that she had changed, her eyes were different: one her natural blue, the other a bright red. White wings sprung out suddenly from her back, and the child let out a bellow of pain and rage, flashing out in a ferocious attack which resulted in the devourment of her parents, as well as to the destruction of the surrounding city. When Aleen finally came back into her normal self, she awoke in a ruined city, surrounded by flame and destruction, her parents dead by her own hands, as well as the killing of innocent people. She cried, not knowing what she had done was wrong. The spirit came down and laughed, explaining the the poor child of how she had released the curse that was trapped within the box. The spirit further explained that Aleen was now forever trapped within the confines of the curse, causing her to become the thing that attacked and destroyed the city. When in that form, she will devour and destroy all living things within her sight, only to then revert back to her true self if she is not provoked for a time. The spirit (called demon by poor Aleen) then left her in the ruins, the moon shining through the dark clouds as rain came pour down, washing away the smoke and rubble that enveloped the area. |
| Appearance Forms: When she is a normal human, she looks as she does in the picture, save for the red eye and wings. When the curse is activated, she has the wings and red eye, at this point she either has lost full consciousness of herself, or is merely as spectator in the actions of what her body is doing. Height: 5' 0" Age: 18 Weight: 100 lbs Eyes: Initially blue, but her left eye turns red when her curse is triggered Hair: Blue, short hair Bust: B cup Attire:Brown, Belt-buckled boots, leggings, and a sleeveless short-cut dress. She also has strips of cloth in which she uses as sleeves, which are held together by an assortment of small belts. |
| Personality and Characteristics Due to her curse, and that of her standings in her childhood, Aleen is a quiet, distant person who is very shy, rarely talking to people in fear of becoming what she was during that time. She is kind to others, as was the teachings of her parents, but never fully develops a relationship between them. When she turns into the "angel" that she was cursed to become her left eye glows a bright red, and wings spring out of her back. She is much stronger than what her body type suggests in that form, being able to lift up a bus with little effort. She has the ability to shoot fire from her hands, as well as the ability to fly. The glowing, red eye's brightness depicts the time in which she will still be in that form, fading, and eventually turning back to blue as time progresses, her wings will then flake off like leaves. |
