Alei is a Sangheili special operations commander, rank Ultra, as noted by her armour. She and a group of her troops have wound up stuck in the Park through interuniversal buggering about with Space/Time.
In person, she's rather slender as her species goes, but in human terms, very strong. Harsh regimes keep her in shape regardless of her diet. She and a small group live out of their drop ship, using it's vehicles and supplies as needed. They originate from a point after the Huma/Covenant war, but gained certain deadly tastes.
Usually found armoured, she's gruff and blunt She can be friendly but it takes time and effort, unless she's just tricking a meal.
As far as armament goes, she's usually carrying a couple of weapons. No qualms for her about using human weapons, though her preference is with the Covenant weapons she grew up using, in particular, energy swords and the sometimes more deadly energy dagger.
Her troops can vary too, and be part of a scene or not. Discuss with me!
