In the year 2325, Alexcia Aksyonov, the finest mechanic to grace the Solar System, though many don't know it. She's well-versed in percussive maintenance, having obtained a theoretical Ph.D in Kinetic Repair of Recalcitrant Mechanisms, and has the unique knack to fix pretty much damn near anything, from the nuclear reactors that power most mech walkers to the warp drives on starships to even a lowly cell phone, she can fix it all. Some would claim it is impossible to be an expert on the repair of just about everything, and they would otherwise be right. Alexcia, however, seems to be at the far end of the bell curve of reality's laws. Some might say she is possessed by some demonic spirits that only want to fix things. Others would say she is the human form of the Goddess That Just Wants Things To Work.
Whatever she is, she is a twenty-six year old girl with a small flat in Old Moscow, above the small garage she runs, where people without much money can come by and get the things that are otherwise beyond repair up and running again, for prices they can afford. Occasionally when she's strapped for cash she takes on contract work, doing repairs on construction mecha, or sometimes heading up to a spaceport to do repairs on broken-down starships. In addition to her ability to fix damn near everything, she is also fairly adept at building things, especially out of things that others would consider useless scrap. She once walked into a junkyard with a large bundle of bills, and came out two days later with a functional cargo-carrying mech she built from bits and pieces in there.
Her accent isn't quite as thick as most native Russians, but is still there. She definitely enjoys a drink or seven, so if you're trying to get a favor out of her that's definitely a good place to start. She's fairly cheerful and outgoing, though she holds special distaste for most corporations and those who work for them, since they tend to put out the junk products she spends most of her time fixing what should have been done right in the first place.
