For those too lazy to read the whole thing: She's a giantess; maybe royalty of some sort, and more playful than evil. Still, hungry. Big time foot fetish too. Nyow.
Simply put, Althea is.. big. 82 feet, nine and a half inches big, and that can be upped by a bit depending on how she's wearing her hair that day, too, or if she's opting for a set of heels instead of the usual, just a pair of elegant white slippers. Being as, at this height, the average six foot tall person would appear to her, on a normal scale, around three inches tall.. ( By my admittedly, probably flawed math, anyway. ) she doesn't usually have a high opinon of lower life. Back home she was royalty, in fact. Wether it was self proclaimed or not is another story, but essentially, she ruled a good sized bit of land for a rather long period of time. It wasn't until the people finally got fed up of the huge footprint craters everywhere, having to devote large portions of their crops and livestock just to feeding their queen (and even some of the population, when she felt especially playful ), and pooled their resources to hire a magician. Well shortly after, and with a colossal poof, she was gone.. ported here, which needless to say is rather far away, and out of their hair. And right into yours.
She's really not an evil giantess; she's quite compassionate, actually. Crushing someone to death would be wicked.. if she did it on purpose anyway. Accidental crushings are no big deal. The occasional eating alive of a person? Well, girls gotta eat. Going so far as to roll her foot atop someone, bully out a foot rub, and maybe even use them as a sex toy? They should feel blessed! She'll still go out of her way to avoid unncessary pain and destruction, and she's always up for a friendly chat, but a girl like her has an ego even bigger.. proper dedication and.. lets be frank, worship, is good for ones health.
Sexually? She's equal opportunity, but romantically.. she's got her own tastes, sure. What are they? Just ask her, really. She's rather unlikely to fall in with a significant other anyway, and if it were going to be someone of the smaller type, well, they'd have to be someone special, lets put it that way.
She's got very sensative feet.. and more than anything, loves attention given to them. They're the lowest part of her, after all.. I suppose, therefore, she sees devotion to those, thus putting yourself lower than even her pretty little toes, as the ultimate form of worship. Or she really just loves footrubs, who knows.
Vore wise, she's capable of most of it. No breast vore.. in a sense. There is one odd sort of power.. while her nipples aren't capable of anything special, if a tiny person vanishes into her clevage, theres a good chance they aren't coming back. Oral is possible, UB is.. unlikely, but she can do it.. AV is even more unlikely, and probably reserved for if someone really, really pisses her off. Or asks for it.

One of my little quirks is I'm usually not a fan of characters with like 10+ forms.. honestly, if your characters a shapeshifter, thats cool, but put it as that. Treating each form as its seperate thing boggles my crazy little alt making mind. Also, I won't god mode persay, and I might even be in prey moods sometimes, but this characters mostly made for being pred.
