A twist of fate and a Spaceboat
The particulars of this story begun at water 7. However. the true nature of what had transpired doesn't occur untill roughly fifty years after finding the one piece. Without further ado. They had finished the events on water 7 and were on their newly minted ship about to leave when suddenly a vaguely visible shifting white mass appeared before them. All of them saw this strange object[?] But only robin would ultimately interract with this 'relic' of shiting nature and intent. Upon interraction. Nothing seemed to happen. Despite how anomalous it first appeared. Much of the crew would just go about their adventures as normal save for one comment around the time of fishman island. The oracle commented 'There is more to your future isn't there? What is this bend in causality-...? No matter.' For once, her psychic visions were even less clear then they usually were. Where normally she might see an event from the future albeit out of context. Here she just had a feeling of alienation.

One of the few other changes in causality would occur when the group would be split apart in the timeskip. Instead of franky blowing up the facility. He became uncharacteristically curious about vegapunk's numerous research papers. In particular papers on space travel and an experimental prototype for a dimmensional flux drive. However. These were much too complicated for him at the time. So he just stuck them away and began to study off and on again in his free time. It took roughly 50 years before he was comfortable revealing his findings but not about the dimmensional drive. The 'spaceboat' didn't take that long to figure out actually. Only a couple years. The vague prototype was what took the longest. Fast forward many years wandering the cosmos luffy by chance finding a secret room within their modified ship. He punched in the coordinates and wound up on Edensia [f-list.net] By sheer dumb luck despite not knowing at all how the machine worked.


What is 'the relic' anyway?
'The relic' Is a peculiar memetic artifact manifested by a particular being when they had visited the realm. It did not bestow any particular overt powers. However. What it did was allow anyone who interracted with it to ultimately have their desires granted. Whatever those might be. And facilitates change to make those desires happen. Independantly of this. It enhances the curiosity and comprehension of those that have interracted with it sharply. This allows robin her desire for and comprehension of knowledge. Franky's knowledge of technology, Nami's understanding of luck and spatial currents and all things 'weather' related[on and off the planet] Sanji's enhanced understanding of cooking[and women]. Luffy's general '6th sense' to things overall. Though he's still pretty reckless.

This relic also effected the world as a whole. The will of the world was slowly tilted as even it's own desires were filtered through the realm. The effects of such would begin to manifest over the 500 years. The first enormous change that manifested not after 500 years but 20 years was 'the great collapse' A titanic civil war within the holy land marie jois. 'Something' Had sprouted a seed of conflict within their ranks. It started at first as small disagreements. Those disagreements lead to fights, which lead to skirmishes. By the time 200 years had transpired. The numerous sides resorted to all out war. Concentrated wholly within the red line. Enormous chunks had been ripped out.

The loss of life on the world government's side was astronomical. By the end of it. The surviving members of the world government were too weakened to maintain their chokehold on the world and were forced to splinter off into smaller groups that split through the various oceans. The death of the world government effected pirate activity too. Almost completely ending the 'great pirate era' ironically. Pirates would still exist and pirate but it was no longer viewed the same way. Without the world government playing favorites the navy could at long last do what they were supposed to do from the start. Technology boomed, travel prospered. Especially now that the red line had become too splintered to be a worldwide choke point. Whatever the truth may be of 'why' this war happened.

Many hail it as the only 'truly good' war in history. However true this may or may not be. The straw hats played an instrumental role in beginning it's end. Whether or not the world realizes this fact is another matter. But some will.


Robin herself
What more needs to be said that hasn't already been? Though robin herself is 'mostly' the same. Her time on the planet edensia has awakened a number of kinks such as sinking in any number of viscous substances. Catfights. Vore. Though as far as her personality goes little has changed. Though. She does keep secret how her figure has somewhat swelled since getting on the planet. Going from 6'1'' to 7'2'' in only three years. Her hips and bust growing to match as well. Much to the [slight] surprise of everyone else. Given the enormity of edensia being roughly ten times the size of their old home she can usually leave her friends to their devices as she wanders off. Sometimes even to other local nexus points. No longer having to fear for anyone ruining their adventure.

Though there is the fact that she hasn't entirely retired 'miss all sunday'. This version of robin is far more willing to bloody her hands. While not strictly 'cruel'. She isn't above dirtying her hands against people who threaten her friends sufficiently. Which is the biggest 'other' difference the 'spaceboat' lore has centers robin herself. A silent string of murders and deaths from an unknown assailant to this day chills the world. The culprit having long since faded into obscurity. Possibly someone taking advantage of the notoriety of the strawhats? Whatever the case. It remains unknown.

One other change
While the others it didn't effect their power at all. Robin eventually was able to go through a 'second awakening' by studying her own power for a very prolonged period of time. This second awakening allowing her to alter her own flesh. Allowing it to grow from and manifest elsewhere. Or even change the plibility of her own body. To where those who aren't careful literally sink. Which is the secret to where her new figure came from. This new power allows her increased control of clones and understanding of biology. The Hana-Hana fruit is almost not even such anymore. Become closer to the Niku-Niku fruit[flesh] More similar to a logia than a Paramythia. In addition to all of the above her regeneration is several times greater than a 'normal' person. Able to regrow limbs in hours or [at cost to her stamina] Minuets. Physical attackers have the added danger of being potentially swallowed whole.


Other differences
1:Robin is a proficient master of the 6 powers. Further enhanced by her own quest for knowledge.

2:Perona at one point taught her to astral project. So as to be able to manifest clones even further away.

3:While not truly a 'difference' Robin enjoys being seen as a mysterious or ambiguous figure. Tending to enjoy creating an air of mystique around herself with her various abilities and so on and so fourth. She will often 'soft' flex certain traits or abilities.

4:One notable difference is. At an early point in robin's history. She decided she liked physical combat quite a bit. Especially with women. So usually if there was a particularly 'fun' female opponent she would do everything she could to restrain them. Use your imagination to how that goes.

5:The timeline robin resides in went heavily off track because of the things robin has done. Partly because of the relic, partly because this robin has always been a little peculiar. Odd even.

5-A:Being a bit more prone to violence than most and far more likely to think out plans FAR ahead of time. This leads to many situations being averted or ending quickly.

6:Ace didn't die at marineford. However, after a mysterious argument from an unknown source he died on an uncharted island 2 years later. This event drastically changed the timeline as whitebeard never died. And numerous other events changed as well.

7:Luffy himself is 'marginally' more pragmatic in this timeline. Preferring to not get involved with the affairs of the world government. Peculiarly. The world itself seems to abide this desire. This might be where the great collapse became possible.

8:Basil Hawkins mysteriously turned good and played an instrumental role in defeating kaido. After the fight, he became a traveling psychic. However, not all is what it seems.

9:In the final battle with blackbeard, just before luffy struck the final blow. He was about to dodge his big 'final' attack. But A mysterious energy wreathed in animosity and anger held him in place. Rather, it was almost like the very concept of movement ceased to exist. To those with that sort of sense. It felt as if blackbeard's own power turned on him.

10:While not a 'hard' difference. This robin possess' a strange 'vibe' that she always knows more than you might expect.

11:One of the biggest shocks in this world. One that is still remembered even in the modern era in history books is Big Mom's stepping down as yonko. And a miraculous descision to quit harming the innocent. Though this was mostly an optics things. As land belonging to her was still her's. However. Those close to big mom notice steusand is no longer around...what could have happened?

12:For alot of the earlier stages of her tenure with the straw hats, and for much of her childhood. After ohara she was plagued by lightheadedness. To the point she could sometimes find it hard to focus on fighting 100%.
