Scenario:
By default, I set scenes on the streets of some generic metropolitan (largely anthropomorphic) city where predation is technically a crime, but casually occurs on a daily basis. Smaller, weaker, or more herbivoric citizens, "prey," are treated as a lower class, and one can easily go from an average schmo to a bulging gut in broad daylight, at a moment's notice.
