The Fearsome Space Bandit, Anne Dromeda!
Anne is a feared and fearsome space pirate. Despite her innocent look she has been responsible for over 1 million Arkadian credits worth of theft, collateral damage and has a rap sheet longer than your arm. Murder, extortion, theft, arson, blackmail and even a count of public indecency, Anne has done them all.
Eventually the Federation of the United Galaxies had decided that the simplest way to deal with her would be to get rid of her. To this end, they employed powerful dark matter technologies to lure the pirate into a trap. As she flew her cruiser into what she assumed was a normal heist, a wormhole opened and sucked her in...
Something happened in that wormhole, her molecular structure was altered in a way that was both a blessing and a curse. She could now live indefinitely without sustenance, but should she come in contact with dihydrogen oxide (Thanks Tote), known more commonly as water, her cells will fold in on themselves, causing her to shrink proportionate to the amount of water she has been in contact with.
Unluckily for her, the only planet habitable in this galaxy is Earth, a planet where the atmosphere is mostly water. Now she must wear her space suit at all times, removing her helmet would allow the moisture in the air to render her tiny, a mere 3 inches in height. Should she be tricked into drinking water? She'd be smaller still.
Abilities!
Anne has a variety of tricks and tools at her disposal...
Jet pack - Absorbing vital elements from the atmosphere, Anne is able to fly around with a decent amount of control.
Multifacet Blaster - Using a few settings, Anne has a weapon far superior to anything on Earth. Comes in three flavours! Stun, Kill and Liquify.
Nanotech suit - Beneath her bulky space suit lies a grey skintight, airtight and watertight little number that can grow and shrink with her.
Anti-force belt - Needed when she's micro! A quick touch of her belt buckle will allow her suit to absorb a great deal of damage before giving out.
RP Ideas!
Wanted: Dead or Alive - A character seeks to claim the bounty on Anne's head, using her peculiar aversion to water against her.
Brave New World - Anne develops a leak in her suit overnight, when she awakens she's tiny and in the care of a 'caring' individual who was merely on the prowl for a plaything. Stripped of her gadgets, she is left to square off to her 'owner'.
