Ansa was born to a seemingly normal family, in the quiet region of Suono, a good ways northeast of Kalos. For a good long while, everything was okay, everything was fine. She was... sometimes strange, maybe a bit too obsessive when playing with the other girls her age, but for the most part it seemed benign. However... puberty rolled around. And for little Ansa, that was a very special time. Oh, was it
Special.
Almost without prompting at all, Ansa knew what sex was. She hid it from her parents for a good while, but sleepovers at the Toivonen household were... quite the event. Even moreso because more than just an unnatural libido woke with her reaching that age - Ansa learned she was able to... change things. Having a play date with a boy lead to her learning about a certain little something they had... that now /she/ had. It went on like this for years, really.
Of note, is that in Suono, most children are legally barred from becoming adventuring trainers until their 16th birthday, and attend school until then. Now, pokemon still are household features and knowledge of their use is still taught in school, but the law in that region is just more conservative. However... there was a complication.
Ansa, late into being 15 years old, was finally caught - she was caught having sex with one of her female classmates in the girl's locker room of her school. The penalties were severe enough as-is: Ansa was expelled from school permanently, she was given criminal charges, and... the national government was called in to resolve the question of /how/ she was having sex - a girl with boy-parts was /not/ at all common, and raised very uncomfortable questions. They did medical tests. They studied her for around a month or two. What they found, was very shocking.
Ansa's father was not the man her mother had married. She was sired by a creature once thought to have just been a bad urban legend from a few years prior. While the most common name was "Dittoo", these things were little more than hyperintelligent Ditto capable of more sophisticated shapeshifting and more than willing to infiltrate human society, usually to satisfy their traditional role as universal breeding stock. The government, while it covered up as much of the incident it could, had to reveal to Ansa and her parents (after an awkward run of having to prove her father was human - he was) the truth. Her mother was shocked and even disgusted, and came to an arrangement on what to do with their now-16 daughter. They would disown her.
Not only that, but... as part of the cover-up, Suono's government would placate and pay off all of the victims of abuse at Ansa's hands who were now coming forward... in exchange for Ansa leaving the country and being shipped far far away. Why they didn't imprison her for the rest of her life, or otherwise truly take her to task and protect the people of other nations from her, was not really stated - and may even be fodder for a conspiracy theory all on its own. But suffice it to say, Ansa was now far from home, having been given just one pokemon and some provisions/supplies to ensure she didn't get killed or something else overly untoward.
That was about a year ago. Since then, Ansa has mostly learned from her mistakes, and has taken significant steps in becoming a competent (but not masterful!) pokemon trainer as well. In fact, she makes it a point to capture pokemon that either let her satisfy her own desires when she lacks a proper victim, or more often, to make it easier to subdue her targets. And yes. She still has sex. All the time, if she can manage it (she usually can't). It's probably something clinical, to be honest, and it heavily informs her actions, and on top of all of that, she does /not/ care if it's consensual, as long as she gets some kind of release.
One may want to be careful around her...
--=Abilities=--
Generally speaking, Ansa has precisely one unnatural ability - her Ditto-blood transformation abilities. They aren't as /extensive/ as the real thing's, and instead are limited to 'anything human'. This means she can change gender and sex, change (or in the case of sex organs or the like, gain and lose) her parts, and even imitate other people she's seen before - or at least attempt a 'generic disguise'. Like actual Dittos, transforming from memory rather than with a reference can result in errors. In addition, if she doesn't have complete concentration going, disguises will start to break down - mostly in that she'll revert to her natural red eye color, but if she's extremely distracted the entire disguise might fail. She's /so/ used to her, ah, extra equipment down there, though, that she can keep it as if it were her natural form.
Due to her inherent morphability and stretchiness, Ansa is fully capable of vore. What becomes of those taken into her in any way that doesn't lead to her digestive tract isn't really certain, because she's never actually done it before. However, she is explicitly capable of any form of vore that can be done with a human body part, as well as absorption.
