Atalia Seabore was a young ambitious mermaid who wished to learn and expand her horizons. Leading to her goal of leaving the ocean and heading onto dry land. Able to change her tail into legs when out of large bodies of water. She used some undersea treasure hunting to earn enough money to survive while starting her education able to get a spot at a nearby college. While still dipping back into the ocean to continue treasure hunting, or visit family. She keeps her identity secret so as far as she knows nobody knows she's a Mermaid.

Despite this she has access to minor powers while in human form, minor water manipulation abilities and commanding any creature that lives in water. Though this takes concentration on predatory creatures.
