But no... Duchess Ataxia Eris isn't much of a chaotic element, not that most see. She's polite and composed, and perfectly calm, often clad in a simple, white dress, with a pair of goggles around her neck, and gloves close to hand.
... that's her public persona, of course. Privately, or while traveling, she's as mad as can be. Oh, she's restrained enough as she deals with people, but all it takes is something neat, or good-quality materials, and she's GONE, thinking about improvements, if not actually MAKING them, whether the materials in question(which might, in fact, be a person) want said improvements or not!
So, yes. She's QUITE mad, a full-blown spark, absolutely insane(in the most entertaining ways, in her opinion), and a well-educated scientist to boot! She takes after her mother more than her father, in that her principle interest is in biological rather than mechanical sciences, though she dabbles in a wide range of fields and can, if pressed, construct a quite serviceable death ray(If only because her mother insisted she know how to, no matter what). To that end, she's always armed and equipped according to her station and her field! And, you know, with a few allowances for emergencies.
She has a long, white coat that she wears when traveling, which buttons down the front and is nicely weatherproofed(with an added benefit of not staining, which she considers vital). She's always got gloves, several pairs in rubber and in leather, as suits the task at hand. She prefers pants, as well, because in certain, practical areas, dresses are just SILLY, and she always has her goggles with her. She also prefers a tunic over a snug(but not TOO snug) corset, to keep everything neatly in its proper place, and she always has a small satchel full of tools and other necessities.
Beyond that? Well, all you need to know is her general appearance, really. She's 5'2, with long, dark hair that reddens nearer to her scalp, fair, slightly pale skin, and gorgeous blue eyes. She sports no obvious birthmarks, nor tattoos, nor does she have her ears pierced, though she may have a few scars, here and there. Her teeth are white, and straight, well taken-care of, and she smiles QUITE readily.
Just be aware... she comes with a large side of ham.
