A 32 foot long naga boi that has a fully serpent face, attached to a humanoid torso and arms. He does, in fact, have a snek snoot. It's as big as most people's chests.

Boop at your own peril.

That warning given, his underbelly is a simple white, motled in placed by specks of black and grey, but mostly just white and smooth. His back is where it gets interesting. The major scales are a metalic cobalt in color, black and shimmering with a rainbow hue in the light (reference: https://i.imgur.com/qxihwSc.mp4). This is the color of the scales that make up the patterns in his hood when it unfurls as well, the black all the darker once it is framed by the underbelly white that mostly dominates the interior of those flaps. Finally, he has one other feature that makes him a bit,,, strange. A line of scales that starts along the edges of his hood, before meeting up at start of his spine and continuing all the way down to the tip of his tail literally glow. This bioluminescent feature on his body is, for the most part, just a dark blue in color, but changes as the serpent becomes more energetic, more arroused and more motivated! Which... doesn't happen. But hey, if he ever gets truly amorous or actually cares to try at something, those glowing scales might change to sky blue, then a bright green, before finally settling into a brilliant scarlet!

It won't happen, but it could!

All of his scales have a similar density, smoothness and over-all feel to tempered steel, though they are still warm. Their peculiar makeup and coloration indicate his species and caste of naga, and it's a variety that are effectively manavores. The black and white scales work as a shield against and a conductor of magic, leading that energy down to his clowing spinal and hood ridges, where it is absorbed and used to energize the lazy thing. Do not fireball the noodle. He will turn into Sonic for a few minutes. It's terrifying.

Baltir is lazy as fuck. This is his major character trait, and one should come to expect it. Until he decides to surprise everyone by giving maximum effort and devouring prey that just became FAR too comfortable with snuggling the giant serpent.

His favorite activity is curling up into a ball and not doing any activities. He has perfected his adorable face, snoot just barely poking out from between his coils while his tongue pdiddlepdiddlepdiddles about in the air like he just don't care. This is a trap. Do not boop that snoot. It will end poorly.

He also knows how to fight and practice magic. But he's too damn lazy to be anything more than good at it (think a level 10 Eldritch Knight in 5e Dungeons and Dragons). He can grow himself to twice his size, he can shrink himself to the same scale. He can cast magic missile and shield, and wreath his flame in green blades. He can cast fist! But most importantly, he can intone the words to the unstoppable spell of "nap" and pass right the fuck out.

Finally, he's also cursed. Because he's a giant dork who can talk like a normal person, but keeps trying to ssssssssssssserpent thingsssssssssssss up by draging out hissssssssss s'ssssssssssssss and referring to mammals as such... If the dull THWACK of someone being hit upside the head sounds out, it is just punishment for him. Do not feel sorry.
