A runaway Banette,a living puppet. Runaway? Yes. Team Galactic had him in one of his labs, trying to create sentient soldiers. He was the first one who gained intelligence and said "I" to himself. Yes he is a male.

And now he is on the loose..in the park to play tricks and make friends.
