Appearance: What you are looking at is a girl in her prime... almost. A bit on the short side, Blair is a very active girl, as evidenced by the health tan that covers her body from head to toe, and is perpetually grinning. She sports a pair of fiery red eyes and head of spiky red hair to match - not redhead red but true fire truck/stop sign red. The yellow sleeveless vest she wears settles lightly against her frame, not doing anything to hide her smallish-but-perky breasts, and leaves just a bit of the skin of her midriff exposed. She also wears a white skirt that extends past her knees and, as are displayed far more often than she'd like, her panties have a pink kitten on them.

The only hint that she's not a perfectly normal human can be found towards the back of her head. Held in place without actually being attached to her body are a pair of translucent, crystalline wings, not unlike what one might expect to see on a pixie. Because of their lack of opacity, they can sometimes be hard to see, but when the light hits them at the right angle it floods them with a rainbow of color like prism-glass. Despite their fragile appearance, they're soft to the touch and always emit a gentle warmth. The fact that she occasionally complains about them getting in her way has led some to believe the wings might not have been hers originally.

She's also known to don a pair of fingerless black gloves and tie a long yellow ribbon around her head to keep her hair out of the way when fighting. Since her wings just hover in space behind her and don't actually touch her skull, they don't get in the way of putting the headband on.

Personality: Although it would be demeaning to imply that Bea is in any way simple, the fact of the matter is she's not a terribly complicated person. She's an aggressive, in-your-face type of girl, so it would not be wrong to label her as a bit of a punk. Due to a borderline inferiority complex, she feels the entire world is looking down on her, and makes a point of going all-out in everything she does - she's even got a mantra about never backing down from a challenge.

Naturally this rambunctious attitude can lead the headstrong Blair headfirst into trouble, more often than not with someone who would make a meal out of her. And, just as often, predators she comes into contact with may find themselves to be the ones melting away to nothingness inside her belly. That or blown to bits, depending on if they really got under her skin or not.

Abilities: Physical Strength - Though she'd probably lose an arm-wrestling match to your average macro, Blair is much stronger than her weak human appearance suggests. You have been warned.

Flight - Nothing fancy, but the wings on her head do serve the purpose of allowing her to get around easily. Because of the nature of her power, she has to go into danmaku mode to fight while flying.

Manipulation of Ground - Because it's "ground" rather than "earth," she can control anything that people stand on, whether it be some grass outside, a house's carpet, or even someone's shoulder! She's much more likely to do something more along the lines of the first two though, since she thinks things like the third example are cheap. Just what limits or restrictions may be in place on this ability are unknown; suffice to say she has extensive control and an immense scope of potential applications. Challenging her to a battle on land is not recommended unless one were determined to find themselves completely outmatched.

Danmaku Shooting - In her homeland of Gensokyo, conflicts are resolved via shooting matches. Nearly every resident possesses a special ability that they can use to imbue bullets with extraordinary attributes and movement, and Blair is no exception. One might even consider it an art form, for the average danmaku user is capable of covering a wide area in a hail of bullets, all deployed in elaborate patterns that take hair-trigger refelexes to slip between. As they are only blasts of energy or small creatures such as bats, each individual bullet is not intended to kill. However, enough hits will render any foe unconscious, or at least unable to fight any longer.

As previously mentioned, Blair's manipulation of ground is directly related to danmaku battles. The majority of her bullets are chunks of earth that are pulled out from below her. While her fighting style may not be the most elegant, the straightforward dispersal of power makes identifying patterns in her attacks quite a challenge.
