Bella Wagner, although she prefers 'Bell', is quite the pampered and well cared for cow girl. Her family is, well to put in bluntly rich! She has quite the extensive family of, mostly cow girls, who earned their fortune by selling their milk. It was hard work at first but over the years and generations things have become incredibly easy, with Bella and her part of the family right in the center of it all!
While many of her cousins work hard pumping their milk, Bella has had to do nothing of the sort. She simply enjoys the fruits of their labors and has been learning to over see the rest of her family like her mother and father have before her. Of course such a nice life has lead her to have top quality milk in her lovely bosom, but she prefers to keep it to herself. Money can't buy her milk because she already has as much as that as she could possibly want with more of it? No, it is a reward to hand out to those who impress her, earn her affection, or are otherwise deserving.

Bella herself is a decently tall girl at 5'6" and is fairly fit. This pampered cow girl lives comfortably in a small but comfortable manor. She is a well educated girl, but a bit naive when it comes to the world. When you're taught that you're the cream of the crop and naturally better than everyone else you tend to believe it. Of course that doesn't mean she's mean about it! Oh no, people who are below her just need a helping hand, to be taken under her wing. If they're a fellow cow girl maybe a good day's milking at one of her family farms would show them they're place!
Still with all her comfort and everything she could ever want she gets curious about the world. What sort of people are out there, who enjoys her family's milk? It causes her to sneak out and see what she can find from time to time, which infuriates her family to no end. After all what would they do if something happened to her?

Otherwise she is fairly normal, all of her 'powers' are the powers of wealth. She has no magic, no super natural powers, no psychic nonsense. She has no fancy ray guns or space ships. All she has is a bell she wears around her neck, she finds it so cute! Although she does have a nice yacht she enjoys going out to sea on...
Still, she hardly even understands how to recognize an obvious predator. She knows what they are, and that her family has gone through great lengths to keep her safe from such things. Maybe her time in the world will teach her more about such things. Unless you're raising almost every warning flag that you're dangerous she won't realize it until it is too late.
