Harper_AltsA newly created wizard cutie who I'll give some more details soon-
He does come in girl flavor over at
Bianca_WitchWhat I've got so far is that...
About Benji:
Benji's a practiced mage towards the end of his career at his school (whatever it's called). Luckily, he's been passing all his classes with flying colors! There is just one big issue with it all though...
Magic is all about focus and willpower! Benji is adept at being willful, but focus is what most would describe as a lacking area. Yelling out a bad suggestion or getting him flustered can have some adverse side affects on the actual magic.
In OOC terms, I roll a d20 to determine if his spells are effective if he's not totally focused.
About the generic magical setting I can use her in:
Magic isn't like in Dungeons and Dragons where you have a limit to what you can perform per day. Everything is like a cantrip, but the amount of focus required can vary.
For example, something like a firey projectile could be tossed with ease.
Something like transforming someone into an object would take a lot more practice and require more focus, but once complete, a simple subconscious thought would be enough to keep them in place.
While consuming another magic user isn't exactly encouraged, it can be a lovely power up for an aspiring mage! In her world, only magically able folk can consume other people. Once a mage is inside another, they can be held in place and be trapped in an unwieldy and squirming belly OR the predator can simply absorb the prey.
The prey is still mostly sentient and gets cozy on the pred's curves and the pred gains the bonus of their prey's general intellect. Any real disagreement from the prey's end makes it worthless, so preys need to be more willing than not to empower the pred.
By sentience, the prey isn't really able to have a chat- In OOC terms, it's the equivalent of sending an emoji to the pred telepathically. Just enough of a response to know if your chub is enjoying, but still far too easy to tease.
