(Backstory)
Blizz was born into a pretty good life, though he wasn't fit for what his parents did. His parents were fabled warlords, so it was no surprise they were disappointed in how he was a weak and frail boy. He couldn't handle any sort of training they assigned him, he was almost killed during a few training sessions. His father did want to off him and make a new child, but before that plan was able to be acted out, an assassination took both Blizz's parents. Now you'd think the boy would inherit what his parents left him, but the empire quickly disbanded and Blizz was left all alone. No one believed he was their kid. That old castle still stands to this day, but no one keeps that place tidy anymore. After Blizz basically lost everything, he devolved to being your standard runt thief. While he was bad when he first started, he had also been training his magic, becoming extremely adept with his spellcasting and his inherent kitsune abilities. With this, he made a perfect hideout in a forest and placed a curse on said forest, to make sure he was never found. The curse was simple: Those who would wander in would end up on the opposite side of the forest. The curse had a bit of a cost, and would attract souls to wander the cursed area, which landed the name Forest of Souls. Blizz's whole thief thing also got much better from the magical abilities, making him borderline impossible to catch by common day guards. This eventually made him both a highly wanted criminal and the legend known as The Elusive Flame.

To this day, Blizz is still a thief, still holding to the legend he made. He only steals from the rich like a new robin hood or something. Though the stuff he steals doesn't always go to the poor, he keeps most of it. He keeps himself hidden, but frequently walks the streets of big cities and buys from the market districts, avoiding those that affiliate with those he steals from, like guards. Blizz also gives sacks of gold to people in need. they're not usually much, but they're enough for them to get a start somewhere.

(Blizz's Abilities/Magic)

Blue Fire (Magic) - Otherwise known as Soul Fire, Blizz can manipulate and conjure blue fire freely. He can choose what it can and can't burn too. Magic level varies by amount used

Gender Change (Magic) - a simple spell that allows Blizz to change genders. I learned it because of a friend, I swear! Easy magic

Wisp Form (Ability) - Blizz can turn into a lost soul at will. Those with little magic experience cannot touch it, and those with none can't even see it! Very useful at escaping a crime scene.

Possession (Ability) - While in wisp form, Blizz can take over the body of another. Guess who's player one now?

Magic Resistance (Ability) - Blizz's kitsune body is naturally extremely resistant to all magic, and completely immune to fire too. Can't say the same for standard clothes...

Soul Manipulation (Ability) - As a kitsune, Blizz can manipulate souls, and eat them too. They're squishy!

(Equipment/Inventory)

Conquerer's Edge (Sword) - Blizz's signature sword, Originally his father's. Modified and partially enhanced so a weak fox like Blizz can wield it!

Multi-Caster Blaster Mk.3 (Gun, only in worlds with Magic Tech or modern worlds) - A gun made with the ability to fire multiple different elemental bullets, such as Ice, Fire, and Electricity

Fox Mask (Mask) - A simple mask to cover Blizz's face. Nothing more. Nope, not at all!

Blizz's Kimono (Clothes) - Other than having high magical resistance like Blizz, there isn't much else to say. It looks pretty, doesn't it?

Sacks of Gold (Misc) - A small portion of Blizz's hoard. He keeps multiple on himself at all times. They all hold large sums of gold too.

Entry Talisman (Misc) - An enchanted piece of paper, the runes on it spell out 'Entry' if translated. What's it for?

Despite his story being within a clear world, his placement in time can be quite flexible. As long as there's a forest around.
Blizz doesn't just do Thievery. That might be a big shtick of his, but he really only steals from the big rich people, like Royalty and Corporations.
These things are here to help ideas be more flexible, as Blizz is intended to be a somewhat flexible character.
