Briza Coloara. Thief. Assassin. Pervert.
Briza is the elusive head of a syndicate located in Shangrila, an underground city of thieves and other admirably dangerous individuals. This group operates in every field, but the primary focus would be the acquisition and sale of sex slaves as well as extortion, theft, and for the right price, assassinations. Briza's syndicate may be struggling in some areas and thrive in others so you'll just have to poke around to get the information you need!
Briza's syndicate includes many different races from Elves to Demons, but consists primarily of Drow (Lets estimate at least 80-85% of anyone that actually matters is Drow by birth. The lower ranks are filtered out a bit, but still would be very heavily filled with Drow given their distrusting nature of other races making it hard to climb the ranks). The Drow will be quite loyal to Briza by nature, but as in every syndicate there are power struggles, those who are there by opportunity or force (slaves, whores, etc), and other factors. Not everyone idolizes her, but the ones closest to Briza will. Most of them are partners she has risen through the ranks with and will not give her up easily!
Briza's rise to infamy and power came from an impoverished youth. Necessity lead towards her becoming a masterful thief and she honed that skill with ease, which paved the way to meeting more nefarious folk who trained her in the use of daggers, her favorite weapon by far. Then training in assassination, stealth, distraction, and general elusive behavior gave her all the tools she needed to succeed her predecessors. As such she will not be easy to take down by any means so those approaching her will need to be crafty. There are dangers to every approach considering Briza keeps people on a short leash, generally, or knows those who keep others in line intimately. Knock off too many henchmen and she might disappear, speak too openly about plotting against her and she might come after you first, and so on.
That does not, however, mean she is incapable or defeat by any means. She has two major weaknesses: Lust, and Magic.
Briza's proclivities are well known and she has no qualms about letting anyone inquiring know what she likes in bed. While she is dominant by nature the idea of having that power stripped away between the sheets is something people have exploited to great success in the past, but those that try must be able to perform! Briza's demanding needs in this area turn into both jealousy and annoyance in quick order if she's not satisfied or feels she's being 'cheated on' with another girl by someone she wants for herself. It's said she has a large harem but no one has ever been able to discern if that is just a rumor or not! It's most likely that she just chooses who she wants in her bed on any given night, and she does not discriminate about gender.
Next is Briza's lack of any magic whatsoever, relying on more physical means to get what she wants. The syndicate has the employ of both mages and Demons, but the average syndicate member will not be terribly well practiced in magic. This can be a very valuable way in at times because the syndicate does know there is an impressive value on magic, but they are essentially a class of elite rogues. If the would be mage is found out to be false they had better have a very quick escape plan in place however!
The exception to this would be the vaunted Drow Priestesses that will be very noticeable in Shangrila. They are not to be underestimated, nor considered 'innocent' or 'victims' in any regard. They are as dangerous, if not moreso, than the average syndicate member themselves! The Priestesses are often found under the employ of the syndicate for all manners of nefarious purposes and control a very wide variety of magic ranging from fleshcrafting to summoning to more incendiary abilities. Even worse, they are drawn to Briza for her... interesting practices both in business and bed. It's not uncommon for Briza to supply the Priestesses with fresh bodies to practice and hone their skills on in exchange for absolute blind loyalty.
She is also rumored to be under the employ of a certain Demon in a more grandeous scheme...
