Dr Alexia Kelly is a mad scientist. Obsessed with both breeding super soldiers and fertilization she performed many illegal, unsanctioned experiments on people over the years. Eventually her plans back fired as in one of her secret underground labs there was an explosion! Alexia was infected with a mix of her own experimental products that should have killed her. Somehow though she was lucky enough that apparently just the right amount of each one had been used to spare her life.
Alexia was horrified as her various experiments with super soldier serums, insect serums, impregnation and fertility serums, and every other unethical experiment she'd conducted on prisoners started to reshape her body. Making her grow, transform and bloat. Eventually it stopped and Alexia found herself trapped in her own hidden underground lab completely unable to move her new bulk from it's place other then at a slow slither that would make it impossible to climb even if she could fit through a door. As days passed she swelled with eggs and was unable to even manage a slither anymore and her food stores were getting slimmer as her appetite grew.
After a couple weeks of entrapment Alexia started laying eggs uncontrollably as she yelled and screamed with anger about how her genius was not meant to be wasted trapped alone in a dead lab. However as the eggs began to hatch out powerful insect drones Alexia discovered she could control the otherwise simple minded creatures! Excited she began using them to collect her food, parts, and new victims so she could continue to experiment! The brood queen excitedly using her remote drones to fix up the damaged lab and proceed with her dangerous and obsessive experimentation.
-Alexia will use her drones to capture people for many reasons. To eat them for fuel that her enormous body needs, to experiment on them, to take their seed for herself, to help care for her needs as she can't move and her drones are simple creatures, or to help her with experiments if she locates fellow scientists she can enslave, or even just to amuse herself. Alexia is an evil scientist with no moral compass worth speaking of, so scene ideas are very open and up for discussion.
-Her body not only creates eggs and milk, but acts as a home for her younger and smaller drones who often force there way back inside and out through her side nipples. Alexia a complete living and breathing ecosystem in her own right.
-In spite of her manic claims of being a queen it might be unclear to an observer who is really in charge, her or the drones. After all she is stuck in place and they use her to reproduce and can leave whenever they want. Who's to say?
-Her drones take care of her needs, providing food and such to her so she'll keep growing weither she likes it or not. Luckily the insane woman is quite happy to grow her brood in hopes of one day ruling the world. She is insane after all.
