If you're expecting someone nice, go the fuck away.

In all lifetimes, of everything and anything, things go wrong. Horribly wrong. Terribly, disasterously, destructively wrong!!

If you happen to ever meet him, in a face to face manner.. you are going to die. There is no escape, there is no mercy, you will be mercilessly slaughtered for his amusement. You, and your entire race will be torn asunder, mauled in their primes and torn away from the world. Not to say he is going to personally pursue every one of your race.. but everyone gets into some thick shit at some point in their lives. Everyone has had that distinct feeling that you are being watched by something... evil. In truth, you are being watched. Everyone is, at all times. If you honestly thought God was the only thing omnipotent.. you are tragically mistaken. There are powers in the world that seem overwhelming, many sources that have been called Gods by various sects and races of the world. The God of Raccoons is very different from the Grasshoppers' God.

As with Gods, there are Devils. Creatures distinctly different from the merciful beings that place mundane replicas of themselves amongst planets in order to have something of their own. Devils are the creatures that purposefully persue not only individuals.. but groups of them. Devils seek to undo the Gods' work, and take it away.

Bulgrum isnt interested in taking anything for his own. He doesnt want anything of his own. He wants to see the world burn, it, its people, its faith and history.. everything. He despises humanity, and will put the most amount of pain upon one should he encounter one. This isnt to assume he's going to be nice to anyone else either. No one has ever encountered him, and found him pleasant. This IS to say you can survive an encounter with him. He will hurt you, that is for sure.. but the only way people can know he exists is for some to get away.

What Bulgrum is, is that person you heard about since childhood. That stranger you were never allowed to talk too, the stalker who never harms but seems to dissapear... Until one day. The kid your parents said to avoid.. and not because he was the "cool" one either. He is that gleam in ones eye as they stare down the barrel of a rifle aimed at a refugee. Every sick mother who sacrificed their children, because of "Gods" word. You are looking at the very source of the most intense kinds of pain in the world: Sanity, Clarity, Cruelty, Malice, Despair, and Contempt.

Bulgrum is evil in its purest form, and he has gained sentience. He is not your typical mindless demon that does its masters bidding.. he is the Master. He is quite lucid in his actions, and harbors no mercy to anyone. He was once worshipped by the Aztecs as Tlaloc, the Giant. He only comes to those that truly deserve to meet him, in a sense that they themselves must do something for him to come. You will NEVER encounter him unless you inadvertenly or purposefully summon him.

Evil exists everywhere, as a form of dark energy not yet harness by mankinds meager technology. They acknowledge dark energy exists, but confess nothing to knowing what it is. The proof is in the pudding, so to speak. This dark energy is the very realm of demons. You glimpse one every time you spot that shadow move a little TOWARDS the light. When you feel that thick air creep in on you as you walk down a dim hallway. Evil attacks you at all times, and your ability to resist it.. or embrace it is what makes you distinct. He will find you if you resist it, and he'll be waiting for you when you embrace it. He comes in only one form, and his power is completly without limits. He is, in a sense, a God like being.. in that he is totally indestructable and has no end to his life. He does not grow old, and he cannot be harmed in any physical way. He exists forever, because evil is always there. Evil can never die, neither can Good. There will always be the two of them, the Yin and Yang.

That being said... the in character specifications are as follows.

He appears always in a cloud of acrid smoke. No flames are present in the enviroment he appears in, except for those upon himself. He does not wear clothing, and he is bald. Your basic idea of where human hair would be.. such at the pubic bush, armpits, chest, and lightly over the arms and legs.. is literally on fire. He is sexless, in that he will never have sex with anything. He is male, distinctly so by his actions and by his thoughts. He appears to be about three hundred feet tall, and if you were to measure him.. that would be a precise figure. His body appears quite attractive if you enjoy fire and big muscle.. but only in the sense of his titanic size. His physical strength is immeasurable, as he has never encountered anything he couldnt throw. He always appears with intent, and you will never encounter him idly sitting somewhere. In lay mans terms..

Height: 300' precisely.

Sex: Male
Sexual Preferance: Non Servium

Personality: Volatile, Cruel, Vicious
Compatibility: Other demons perhaps, but more then likely No one.

So, whats it take to get him to appear, eh? You want to know just what you haved to do to deserve this? You haved to want it. You haved to summon him in order to meet him. However, EVERYONE is prone to hear whispers now and again.. and never know the source. Its easy to think you can tune out a voice, but thats only if you know when its going to be heard. You will never expect him, but you'll know he's always there. In the back of your mind, dragging those nails along your chalkboard.

You must perform a very specific ritual in order to acctually get him to appear. This requires a high amount of recent death and/or emotional pain. You haved to have something for him to hone in on, otherwise your liable to simply become possessed by him. You cannot resist his possession, and it will overcome you in a violent manner. Few survive such possessions, but cults in the past have found it necissary in order to commune with the true forces of Evil. As such, if your feeling froggy and you want to talk to him.. get someone to be a possessee.. and designate them accordingly. YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE OF OCCULT RITUAL IN ORDER TO EVEN ATTEMPT TO SUMMON HIM!
