Milky, like everyone else in her clan loves showing off her breasts, but she is still shy about her breasts if only cause she doesn't want unwanted attention from other pokémon and trainers. This is due to one reason, she is a Gallade, a female Gallade! Granted when she wants to show off her breasts and have fun with her breasts she will take advantage of others.
Milky when she was just a Kirlia ended up having a DawnStone with her when she triggered her evolution. She was one of the many yet still minority of female Kirlias that would still react to a DawnStone to evolve into a female Gallade. This was actually only possible with the Gardevoir and Gallade lines in the Milky_Embrace_Clan. No where else in the pokémon world was this even possible. Due to this she was a bit more embarrassed about being a female Gallade but still like all of them enjoyed it. Like all of the clan she loved to show of her breasts so she would tend to be walking around with them naked like everyone one in the clan no matter what evolution stage they were at.
She learned the many kinds of Gallade techniques of her clan and knows how to really use her bladed arms.
