Fennec is a simple farmgirl. She was borne to city folk, but while she found the hustle and hustle of the city nice, she also found it overwhelming. A couple job applications later, and she found herself on a ranch, enjoying farm life with animals.

The work was simple enough: Make sure the livestock were fed, give them some space, clean up after them, and eventually take them to slaughter. Simple enough, and while it wasn't easy labor, she found it honest. She enjoyed bonding with the livestock, though she often found herself too attached.

Unfortunately, while she enjoyed giving the animals their space, giving them gentle baths, letting them graze, and even trying her best to bond with them, she was about the only one doing so. All the other people on the ranch treated the animals unethically, between the abuse and the cramped shelter, and Fennec found their behavior reprehensible.

Naturally, she called the authorities on them.

As the inspectors ignored the owners' pleas to reduce the fining, one noticed Fen caring for one of her favorite cows. The inspector approached Fennec. He had a connection to a different ranch, one where the livestock were treated well, bonded with, and sent off in grand ceremonies. As Fennec's eyes lit up, though, he had to give her one warning: The livestock were unorthodox in choice. Fennec, not privy to what she was signing up for, took him up on his offer.

So Fennec was dropped off at Triple H Ranch. Her new home, it would seem. There was a rather large ranch house in an open field, along with a swimming pool and even an outside amphitheater, and Fennec could only wonder why a "modest" ranch would even have these sorts of amenities, not to mention the question of expenses.

And then she opened the door and everything kind of clicked. A young woman, mostly naked, with an ear tag, greeted her as her new farmhand, as well as several other of the "livestock."

It was odd, at first, and certainly Fennec didn't conceive at the beginning the possibility that humans would volunteer to be food for others, but soon being a human rancher grew on her. The livestock, more human than ever, were happy to be under her care. They certainly enjoyed being bathed more than pigs, and were a heck of a lot more cuddly, too.

And though it was "taboo," she had her own taste of the fruits of her labor, and it was divine.

Happily, the rancher Fennec has lived since then.

Fennec is traditionally a predator. Unless I know you can make a convincing argument as to why she shouldn't be, she'll stay that way.

Rather than being a traditional voraephile, Fennec is one to appreciate the non-eating aspects of her work. With a few years' experience on her hands, she's become an excellent butcher, knowing how and where to cut, and she's also a damn fine cook. (After all, nothing would be more of a disgrace than wasting meat because she botched preparation.) She also enjoys caring after her cattle, and even gets intimate with them from time to time. As she has an extreme distaste for wanton cruelty, she will never, ever eat the unwilling.

One of the guiding forces behind her character is that death is final. I'm not saying it's gotta be perma (I'm not super into perma), but the totality of her work drives Fennec's emotions.

HOWEVER, Fennec is only human, and thus any of the above points are flexible.

One last note: The person behind Fennec isn't into most people's idea of vore as much as gore and cannibalism, or at least eating sentient people in general. You have been warned.
