You already know what you need to know if you've played a Neptune game at all. She's a goddess who tends to take on a more petite appearance as she lazes about and plays games all day rather than doing her actual job. Big fan of pudding. Very energeti and dorky with a tendency to break the fourth wall if she's aware of what she's in.
When transformed into her more mature goddess form she naturally tones down her previous aspects. While she still loves pudding and games more than anything, she's much more laid back about it. In exchange she becomes a lot more cool and collected. Don't think they're two different personalities or people. They're the same Neptune. Nep is Nep.
On top of all that! She also works on the side as an adventurer sorta! She takes on quests to increase her Shares! Which is basically like faith points. How much people love their goddess. Of course, she tends not to do anything until things get fairly dire.
