Two goomy fell out of their world and into the nexus a long time ago. They have both made their home in the swampiest areas and thrived for what seemed like countless years. But the nexus changes, and many things were built near their swamp where many residents were unaware of their presence.
The two goomy grew and multiplied their numbers. In-fighting amongst the goomy allowed them to grow stronger and evolve on rainy days. A class system had developed, where the strong goodra lead the young goomy and sliggoo, and any wrong that was committed were sentenced to be cannibalized. They are a large family of slime-dragons, and they rule this part of the swamp. How many of them is uncertain, but the chances of finding a shiny is a 1/8,192 chance.

Queen Arzilla
Evolution: Large goodra
Nature: Lax
She fought her way to earn the title of queen. She is fed food and given treasure, all collected by her servants and warriors. Even though she is required to breed with other slime dragons, she can indulge other pokemon races and non-pokemon species for the means of procreating and expanding her peoples population. When she needs a vacation or needs to address an emergency, her fertile subordinates can breed and produce in her stead. Arzilla also happens to be a giant breed of goodra, due to her responsibility to eat those proven guilty and sentenced to digestion.
And for some reason she knows every move that was learned naturally, but is seeking to learn all of the HMs and TMs. She will also need to unbirth pokemon or persons with certain magical/elemental/type aspects to acquire moves that is only gained from pokemon breeding.
Cletus
Evolution: Goodra
Nature: Naive
Second in command under Queen Arzilla. He sports a shotgun that he raided from a gun store. Sadly, he lost an eye and part of his antenna during that raid, and now simply creates his favorite guns ammunition from raw resources. Aside from his shotgun, his fondest possession is his eye-patch, which Arzilla gifted to him. He takes the role of a bodyguard to Arzilla when he's not aiding in raids.
Karen
A pseudo queen that helps with Arzilla's breeding when she is absent from the throne. Also tends to any fertilized eggs that has been produced by other fertile goodras. When a clutch of eggs are too fragile to be carried, she can store them in her own body till they develop more. When not busy caring for eggs or laying eggs, she offers her services as a cleaning maid.
