• With his huge ego he'll legitimately think he's doing you a favor by hanging out, and subsequently being annoying.

Simple story beats:

On paper, Caleb Ashfield is the owner and current CEO of a world-wide spanning mega-company, having taken up the position at a young age shortly after the unfortunate disappearance of his parents. Quite the cliche backstory!

In reality, Caleb is quite frankly, a loser. Without proper parental guidance, he loitered around continuously spending his massive inheritance to fill the void of loneliness. And as such, he lacks quite a few things you'd expect from an adult! For one, his ego is massive. He has no danger sense because he truly believes the world revolves around him. After all, everyone important is always asking him (or rather his company) for favors. As a result, Caleb is quite the annoying prick. He'd love it if every conversation ever to be said was about how cool and amazing he is. Unable to properly keep friends, he's since young found out you can keep peoples interest if you wave enough money around. And since that has been his go-to method of keeping someone's attention, it's spun into more and more vain antics. Trying to buy stores from people because an employee didn't treat him first. Buying an auction item, and smashing it, because the guy who was originally going to buy it rightfully called him out on his gross behavior.

Caleb is a mess of a person covered up by layers and layers of vanity and megalomania. And it's not looking to change anytime soon. But then, who knows? Maybe you can peel away his layers and reveal his core. In one way or another. Winks at the camera.

Today both my legs were squashed flat by a truck when I tripped over an iron lying by the road. That's irony right there.
