What would you say, if suddenly you were hunted. Not just hunted, but captured, humiliated, and in the end, changed permanently. It affected the rest of your life, for better or worse.
That's what happened to Carlisa, and she was not always who she appears now. She had barely managed to escape with her soul, her home, and ultimately, her life. Everything else was stolen, including her affinity for magic. But she had not always been a mage either.
You see, she was really a he. Back in what she now is forced to accept as her previous life, she was born in another world to a family, and had a touching relationship with another woman before being whisked away and eventually wound up here in the park to restructure her life. That is when she met a special human woman named "Kelly" who had completely changed her into a woman, with all the bells and whistles.
After she realized that she had no magical ability anymore, there was no real way to regain her old life. The once powerful male was now a defenseless elven girl living off what's left of her savings, forced to find a new life, get a job...and look at all her old equipment she used to be able to use.
There are difficult times ahead, and she is trying to learn, and cope with being a girl in the first place. Shopping for clothes, makeup, learning how to make herself look and act proper. Kelly has, surprisingly, been helping her along. It's been a rough time so far though. Now there are even mysterious hungers coming from deep within her stomach sometimes. Urges every now and then she finds she needs to satiate...
At least she's managed to find a nice steady job working as a waitress.
