Cavaute

A Poke-thingy courtesy of that Solan thingy. Um... excuse me sir, but can you...?
...no, it seems you can't see it. I'm very sorry to have bothered you, sir. I'll be on my way now.

Cavaute is, though she didn't know it until a scant few years ago, descended from a very old family of Pokemon, one that has managed to continue itself for centuries. The nature of what she discovered comes from a very old diary passed down to her from her mother. This diary was kept by one of the legendary Aura Guardians, whose partner was a Gardevoir himself, one who Cavaute's lineage traces distantly back to. Following that diary's clues led her to the tomb of that Guardian and his partner, and to a much more detailed account of lineage and duty left behind by the latter and his own descendants... as well as a very special set of armor.

To put it simply, Cavaute's family were once partners and allies to the Aura Guardians. Those wise humans vanished so long ago as to have become legend, but stories of the Aura Guardians and their ancient allegiance to them have remained, passed down as the Creisul family descended through the centuries, taking any measures needed to ensure that when they returned, there would be a Creisul waiting to fight at their side again.

Cavaute has decided to take a more... pragmatic approach to this family duty. Namely, after donning her ancestor's armor (with just a hint of adjusting to make it fit her), she's set out to go and find an Aura Guardian, or at least someone who can use Aura she can help raise to be one! So... after (quite) a few months of training to use and perceive Aura, that's exactly what she set out to do!

So what about Cavaute herself? She's a fairly typical Gardevoir, all things considered, though she's a little on the tall side. Her heritage doesn't make her look any different; she's not a morph or anything like that. She always has the pictured armor, usually with her sword sheathed at her side. She's also highly sensitive to feelings; as is natural for a Gardevoir she's highly empathic and telepathic. This can cut both ways, though; despite her giving and noble nature she's rather easily cowed and frightened.

One thing picked up from her training is a tendency to be flourishing. This affects her speech at times; spending months hearing nobody and reading nothing but centuries-old writing tends to give one a dialect. It also has spilled over into her moves, so don't be surprised to hear a complicated speech, complete with (Japanese version) attack name, before she busts out one of her techniques.

And yes, she's taught herself how to speak audibly. It's a little tricky communicating with just telepathy when some of her fellow Pokemon literally are psychic blanks; she's even met one or two humans like that. Sex? She's never thought about something like that before. But, if you're gentle and patient... *blush* maybe... As for vore, she's capable although not especially likely to do it. Teleporting someone into her womb so she can carry them to safety is probably the most likely method, though again, we'll see. (This is going to depend heavily on how the roleplay progresses, so do not just approach Cavaute looking for a quick fuck or devouring.)

That's about it for Cav. She's friendly enough, even if she's a little shy and easily frightened or cowed; why not give her an approach, see how it goes?

Moves:

"Force of my mind, let my foe be crushed before my right! Psycho Shock!"
Psyshock, a power 80 Psychic type move. An attack using mental force to affect the opponent's physical form, this attack is special-type but is matched against the opponent's physical defense instead. Cavaute uses it by concentrating psychic power to deliver what feels like a powerful kick for the opponent.

"Strength of spirit, empower me... let the Aura be with me! Kiaidama!"
Focus Blast, the power 120 Fighting type move. While somewhat inaccurate (it's basically a Fighting version of Blizzard) this Aura-empowered move deals immense damage to the enemy's spirit. Cavaute's armor glows brightly when using this attack, before she launches a sphere of shining bluish energy at the foe.

"Aura's might, defend us from all harm! Mamoru!"
Protect, a famous Normal-type support move. While scholars tend not to associate this move with Aura, it is similar to Detect and is accomplished by Cavaute with Aura. Cavaute creates a shimmering blue wall between her and the opponent, wide enough to shelter any allies. A single attack will shatter this wall, but the first time it is used, the attack will be negated in the process. Further use drains Cavaute's Aura and makes it more likely that the attack will break through.

"I will forever serve and protect the Aura. Even if you bring me down, I will ensure that you will not harm my allies ever again! My final gift... Michizure!"
Destiny Bond... well, I did say her family had taken steps to make sure there was always a Creisul waiting. Despite her theatrics, this move works exactly like in the games; if the enemy's next move makes her faint, they'll be drained of their strength as well. When used, this move darkens the area except for a "spotlight" around Cavaute and her opponent, before a red string traces through the air and touches both battlers' hearts.

"Ancient sword, swing straight and true; let Aura grow and life ensue! Psycho Cutter!"
Due to the power latent in her sword, she has access to a rarely-used fifth move. Psycho Cut, the signature move of a Gallade; essentially a psychic-fuelled Slash, it has the same power and keen edge. Violet energy surges around the sword when Cavaute swings it, releasing a wave of energy that cuts down enemies. This move lies outside the normal four-move limit, so Cavaute can only call on it by channeling the energies latent in her sword... this can be quite trying at times.
