Holy hell on earth, something terrible has come and it has every intention of staying. What you ask? A Saiyan with an overwhelming god-complex and a burning desire to recreate the 'glorious' warrior culture that produced this mad conqueror of planets and destroyer of people. See, learning that your species is going extinct can have a troubling effect on an already unstable psyche and Celeri wasn't exactly the most emotionally solid of individuals in the first place. She had the 'distinction' of being on of the few Saiyan scientists to exist and was both valued and ostracized for her non-violent role in society despite the innovations she made to such important things as battle armor and transport pods, even breaking risky ground in the field of genetic manipulation before the news came. An entire planet and the majority of her people, wiped out in a flash from a cold tyrant trying to exterminate a legend that would likely never manifest. At the time, Celeri had been off-world gathering important materials and samples with which she had hoped to prove her worth to her people and she...did not take the loss well.
In the aftermath, many species that had feared the Saiyan race found themselves with easy targets to pick off in the form of others who had been cast adrift across the universe and retaliated with a brutality that they had never demonstrated before. Being warriors, some survived while others did not and the race continued to decline and slide ever onward to extinction while the dwindling Saiyans left seemed content to spend the last era of their people fighting until finally finding an opponent capable of killing them. Celeri was too, for a time, and used her intellect to pick battles she could win (barely) until she grew in strength...all the while plotting and planning away as sanity eroded further and further. Eventually she reached a point where she no longer feared your average elite soldiers and got to live her dream of being a true Saiyan warlord, setting out to gather the tattered remnants of her people under one banner...hers. Some remembered the scientist and challenged her leadership, those she killed. Some questioned her capability to lead and her goal, these she beat down but allowed to live, both to strengthen them and punish their insolence.
Now she feels she has enough of her kind to begin rebuilding and has found a suitable spot to do so. She knows that her people are at their most fragile state a the moment and moves cautiously, but time is her enemy and the number of females amongst her crew is limited. For a solution, Celeri has begun an intricate inter-species breeding program to...expand the gene-pool so to speak both the natural way and using more...diabolical methods on captives and slaves taken by her warriors. Celeri is certain that a new age of greatness is upon her people, so long as she is in charge...

Bit more story-focused than my usual fare character wise. Celeri is most definitely a domme but doesn't really fall onto the predator/prey access...yet, she's working on a way to dispose of enemies in way that benefits her body. She also has an almost fanatical zeal for saving the species, so females beware!
First big note: I do NOT require Dragon Ball Z play, but I do enjoy it. If you aren't interested in that setting and so much, don't worry about it, Celeri doesn't have to go on about her crazy schemes and whatnot. She'll still be the same arrogant, power-hungry person that she is.
Really nice OOC though so feel free to drop me a line if you are interested, just like the character, or might want to play out a scene. Celeri can be a bit peculiar (not to mention highly arrogant) so I'm not that certain about who would want to play with her, so if you have an interest LEMME KNOW. <3 Later~!
