Like most people, Celeste had big, grand dreams coming out of high school. Grab a nice degree, find an amazing job, be rich by twenty-five, and a tired billionaire by thirty. Crazy, unrealistic dreams that adults drive into children only for them all to come crashing down. Especially when you're someone, like Celeste, who tried to simply coast through school, managed to do well enough, and then attempted to do the same in college and promptly crashed into brick wall. Reality didn't come crashing down properly on the vixen until she found her grades too low to save her GPA and her college career. And with very unhappy parents at home her only recourse was to drop out, get away from all the "we told you so"s, and find another job.

Most jobs paid crap and, for a few years, the fox was stressed out of her mind and constantly broke. She had heard of openings with good pay at a certain new vore-themed club for years, something that tickled some baser desires that she had tried to pretend to exist, but declined them as she tried to do "honest work" such as cashiering or waiting tables. Eventually, in need of money, she swallowed her pride and dignity and applied. When she got the job she almost didn't show up. Almost.

In the end she was glad she did.

Once the apprehension wore off and she stopped being in denial she found not only did she have a knack for the job but she also quite enjoyed it. There was just something about being on the stage with eyes oogling her as she twirled and showed off. Some nights she only danced. Some nights she was devoured on stage. Some nights she instead got to interact with the patrons more directly. She enjoyed them all. Of course, her parents and family weren't happy with her choice but... who cared what they and their unrealistic expectations and demands wanted? She was happy, she had a job that paid well enough to not worry about money, and she felt more open and free now that she wasn't suppressing herself to conform to someone else's values.

It should be noted that Celeste works as switch dancer. However, she much more leans on being prey rather than a predator. In theory, she can enjoy a good nomming of someone tasty, is happy to tease it, and can even do it a few different ways. But in practice it turns she actually has a rather low capacity as a predator. She can fit a normal-sized person but it'll leave her feeling bloated and sore more often than not. She also seems incapable of releasing devoured prey unless they're small enough. Not a big problem normally since the club has reformers, sure. But in Celeste's case she inexplicably difficult or impossible to reform from, as was discovered accidentally during her training.

She's definitely available as a predator, but understand there's a waiver to sign and you might not be coming out. Much safer to just eat her instead! She'll enjoy it and both parties are much more likely to walk away!

((I've not decided yet why Celeste messes with reforming so much. One train of thought is maybe she's a few generations descended from a kumiho and therefore is doing unaware soul nommings. Although that seems too similar to another alt of mine so... maybe something else.))
