Name: Celine Astharus Moldovia-Dyat.
Age: Thirty-Three years of age.
Gender: Female. Species/Race: Bengal Tiger-Husky Neko. (Actually, from an Unbirthing, Celine looks more canine-like. Husky, actually.)
Physical Features: Crimson-colored eyes. White fur with a tint of purple, save for face, belly, palms, and soles of feet. 38D-cup, with a moderately-mild muscular, toned body.
Occupation: Magic-user, though with many talents in said field. Mainly the Holy, Dark, Fire, Water, and Wind element-types. Minor Alchemy taught from her mother, and a natural upcoming to Rune-Forging majorly in clothes, minorly in small armor parts (Gloves/Gauntlets, Shoes/Boots)
Hazards?: ... A Lot. :3 "Who said anything was easy to do? 'sides, if you love your work, you'll never work a day in your life."

IC Information:

This is where I'd discuss several things about the character, but this is simply to state one thing. Celine's player uses an interesting chart, only during 'testing' times. Times and places where her mind or body are being tested, and that can be just about any time, from just waking up, to already asleep, and everywhere inbetween. This chart will be placed up, with information as to the scale, in later times.

Current Status: Peaceful - 94 (95) !! <--- If there is a number in brackets, Celine is recovering up to that point. If by itself, its a number higher than listed, and likely, it will remain that way, unless altered by something drastic.

If it is not obvious what the chart is, its mentality, when under pressure. Higher, better chance to stand against whatever pressure is, however light or heavy it is. Lower, less chance to lose herself in whatever is pressuring her. Doing every-day things that she likes will help her mood improve, just depends on whatever happens. Also, another reason behind doing this, involves the player more in the encounter. Half a point, or a whole point, is recovered, with each post, depending on the number of lines, or different emotions being played. Outside of the roleplay, the Player is doing rolls. This isnt told to the other Player, obviously. If the roll is higher, she will resist the temptation, or will be strong-willed enough to fend off whatever is being done. For Example, someone's offering to help her with her heat. If the Player's roll is lower than Celine's Mentality, she'll be able to resist the urges to jump on the other character, and use them for her needs.

Celine has grown significantly throughout her childhood and teenaged years, developed quite significantly, althogh she has become more of her mother, in the looks and style of her fur. Simply put, she has more fur than exposed skin, though her face has remained the same all these years. This mixbred Feline-Neko (Yes, Neko's are usually Feline, but..) has much more fur than just ears and tail. Legs, arms, back, and chest are covered with fur, leaving her face, the palms of her hands, and the soles of her feet without such. "Honestly, I don't see a problem with this. It's just another strangeness I grew up with, and love about myself."

Growing up around her brother, from her Father's side, and her Father's Brother, as she remembers him, she grew up with the knowledge, and furthering of her magic skills. She seems to find balance in all sorts of magic, but overall, she uses Holy and Dark Magics, in a mix and combination, to create some other basis of magic, though that's still in its base motions. Her strength, in magic, comes from the base elements about her. Air, Water, Fire, and Earth, though she would not be considered an Elementalist. Even her Father showed her a few things she didn't realize about herself. Taking lifeless things, and mimicing life within it.

Ever since her childhood, she's always had a strange knack in being chilled, from within, and she never understood why, so she's always walking with more clothing, usually layered as a thick tunic and a split-skirt, and even thicker leathers to cover mainly her chest, like a tanktop would, and arm-warmers, so her fingers are still exposed, and up to her elbow is covered. Carried on her, at all times, are a few essentials, but those wont be seen unless they're used. "One main rule for combat, and that's to keep your enemy guessing. Who knows what I might pull out and call forth.. It's just the luck of what I pull, that I seem to miss.." The only obvious objects that are carried, are that of two ceaderwood items. A staff, usually slung on her back, dressed up for the adornations of a Healer. Another is a staff, with an inlaid gem atop the wand. Unlike a Traditional Magic-user, when a gem is inlaid into a wand, its more often than not, a precious gem. Celine has found that Hematite is a better concentrate for her energies.

As for the Bengal/Husky Hybrid Neko's build and physique, Celine seems to be physically strong, a trait shared by both Nekan Father and Feline Mother, but more in the case of her Father. Mentally, she has surpassed her Mother, by means of stability and that of her magic, and not only such, but that surpassing has given the young woman a sense of self-motivation. She has a grasp upon her abilities that are magic-based, but little is understood about such. Her eyes are a deep Crimson, which is yet another oddity. She remembers fondly of her Mother's eye color, as well as her Father's, but how her eyes became so very different than there's, no one has told her, and she's likely to know that no one knows. "Fate played a rather interesting joke, and I didn't even see why, 'till I looked in a mirror. Humurous, no?"

Although Celine has matured greatly, she is still fated to the 'curse' of Neko's that are much like her Father. While males have their own 'heat', females have that same sense of Heat, and if Celine is seen this way, she's liable to run and hide, or, as if drunk, she'd openly admit such, though she would be afraid to open up any further.. "Wh-whats happening to me..? I'm never this warm inside... Ooohh n-no... a-am I in..."

Much more will be told of the Feline-Neko, but all of which will be discovered as her story unfolds, at this point onward. At a blossoming age of twenty, now, she's been out on her own for two or three years, so knowing about the area, she's got something of an advantage, now. Celine's adventure begins here..."Everyone starts somewhere, right? Me, I started a little later than everyone else would, but I think its better to prepare."

Her family, although she got to know little of blood-relationed family, she has a large variety-knowledge of all sorts of creatures and races. From Neko, to Naga, and even her Aunt, a NekoNaga. Kitsune, Feline, Vulpine, and so many others, common and rare, hand-in-hand. Aren't Family reunions grand? :3

Memories may return from time to time for the Bengal Neko, though she may not be inclined to talk about things. The memories returning would be that of, looking to another, as a massive headache. She'll claim she's alright, and if she feels up to it, she'll eventually open up, but only to those she can entirely trust.

Aunt(s): Trinity (Nekonaga Auntie. She went off to be in her own clan, from what I overheard.. o.o?)

Uncle(s): Ludic (He's always out on his missions, and left me, for a few years, with servants and lower-classed people, under his orders. I'm not one to be treated like a Goddess, though it makes one wonder, sometimes..), Sam (... Well, he is like an Uncle to me.. o.o?)
