Cellleste, like Cell was created to be the ultimate warrior, but was created to be a little more...personable than Gero's Orignal, a bit more of a friendly and relatable sort of ultimate warrior...she was still equipped with the ability to absorb others of course, but she has the advantage of looking like a cute girl. Celleste has never much been interested in the 'ultimate warrior-ing' that she was created to do.... she's far more happy aborbing others, kind of addicted to the feeling of absorbing someone body and soul, taking their bodymass as bodyfat, their powers...even their consciousness if she feels up to it! Celleste having become so infatuated with consuming others she's really only happy if she has a belly bulging with things and people she's consumed, ready to add to her body and power. Celleste almost had this habit curbed by the scientist who created her ....until she consumed them too, stealing their knowledge of the locking mechanisms and escaping into the wide, wide world.... nowadays she travels round, eating who she can get her tail on and fighting those who resist, though she may sometimes go undercover and enjoy human amenities, like television or coffee.... but most of the time she can just find out what happens on the TV by absorbing someone who's seen it, and she already knows how to make Coffee. Celleste is arrogant, beleiving all beings beneath her, and strong beings as only existing to make her more powerful, Dismissing any threat as "tooooootally negligeable...." Most often she has the power to back these claims up...blindingly fast, strong, intelligent, and able to use the powers and physical abilities of those she's absorbed, she can Destroy cities like the super weapon she is! she tends to mix scientific and eloquent language with casual teenage language. She respects those who can actually manage to harm her, often giving them the 'honour' of having their consciousness intact inside of her body, Able to feel as if they were part of her, hear her thoughts, but not speak to the ultimate being unless she permits it.
