"Eh? Oh you wanna throw down? Sounds fun... Let's see what you got!!"

Mind my signs please... you know the drill.

At first you'd see a 7 foot tall scarlet-scaled anthro dragon with cerulean eyes adorned in a traveller's cloak... but upon closer examination, the cloak flaps off an arm, exposing a bio-mechanical hand up to the fore-arm... Same with a foot, bio-mechanical up to the calf. Even his tail seems bio-mechanical!

He glances over in your direction... raising his other hand up, being bio-mechanical as well as he simply gives a greeting wave before going on his way.

This is Cerulean, the enigmatic "Ghost-Brother" of Johnathan_Cascade now with his own body, fully alive... Yet he has the ability to shift into a ghost form at will. Mostly to phase through walls and solidify himself at the other side... unfortunately losing his clothes in the process.

His hands can activate into a pair of energy-blades that extend out a good couple feet and his feet have thrusters at the soles to enhance speed or temporarily glide over obstacles.

His tail can extend into a piercing, flexible spear... Or open up into a fleshy tube designed to devour others whole... Cerulean keeps saying "Hey, dont look at me, i wasnt born with that." in terms of his tail-maw.

Age-wise... well it's uncountable, given his time as a ghost. But physically, he seems to be 24 in adult years.

Personality wise, he's a nice guy... LOVES a good brawl, however. Usually prefers to settle problems with a solid beat-down.

Now to the body itself... His scales are a brilliant, shiny scarlet color, his bio-mechanical hands, feet and tail are golden in color (which he polishes on his off-time.) He stands 7 feet tall, has an athletic body-tone and when cut, his body slowly regenerates from the wound. So far the only thing that CAN cut him is high-heat energy blades. Metal blades, unless they're high frequency, usually get bounced off by his scales and limbs.
Plus being bio-mechanical grants him strength beyond that of his brother, Johnathan_Cascade so he can heft up a tank with one hand. [A metal skeleton does wonders for durability~]
He's durable but in no way indestructible. So keep your "Wahhh god-modder!" cries to yourself. His skeleton's NOT ADAMANTIUM.
Like most of the Alts_Of_Cascade ya gotta THINK Your way to victory.

Notes on his biology: He requires food like most of us but can go months without eating. Heat doesnt really affect him but... he does get an inch or 2 taller in deserts due to heat expansion. Cold slows his body down and shrinks him 1-2 inches.
He hates the cold and often times bundles himself up if he knows he's heading to an icy area.

Vore data:
Cerulean is FULL PRED. If anyone tries to eat him, he WILL cut his way out of the grip/throat/stomach of whatever saw him as a snack.
So far Cerulean is capable of tail-vore, cock-vore and oral vore. [anal vore lovers, look elsewhere.]
He can hold his prey inside his stomach almost indefinitely, his acids able to be adjusted to practically digest prey within a matter of seconds or take their time... Or even work to soften one's skin!

Orientation-wise, Cerulean is straight, preferring the company of girls... Girl-herms put him on edge, not wanting them to do the poking.

Guys, he'll chat with and maybe have a sparring session with but he refuses to vore them or have sex with them.
