The Pub

In the old neighborhood just off the street & down a few steps is a dark wood door carved to look like a hedge with more thorns than roses. Patrons call it Briar's after the feline owner. It's a place to get a drink, talk in private, and maybe see some things you didn't think you would. Among the dimly lit tables is kept a corner stage usually for music. Sometimes Briar hires on edgier talents, racier displays. The rule at Briar's is anything goes as long as it stays in the house. Friends and favors go a long way to keeping the secrets, but it helps to have a few big, strong bruisers in your corner.
