Chamellia

Chamellia is….pretty strange, to say the least. For one thing, she doesn’t have a face. Like, at all. No, that’s not just a mask that she wears to look scary or mysterious. She actually just doesn’t have a face. Now, this might bring up a few questions. ...A lot of questions.

First, how does she eat? Well, she doesn’t. She does and she doesn’t, I should say. She doesn’t eat in the traditional sense, She can absorb light and water through her skin and convert them into nutrients via photosynthesis.

Second, how does she talk? Or see? Or express herself, even? Surely it’d get creepy just having a blank faced...thing staring at you, silently and unblinkingly. ...Is it even called staring if you don’t have eyes? Well, anyways, the simple answer to that is, she’s magical. She’s a healer, by profession, and most of her magic is focused on things of that aspect, but it’s also pretty important to be able to communicate with a team and...well...see.

She can use telepathy to verbally communicate with friends, allies, and even strangers, but the connection is stronger with people she’s closer with, and she’s able to send messages to close friends from farther away.

She’s also adapted a simpler way of portraying her emotions, via magic, when she doesn’t feel like verbalising. She can magically project holographic ruins in front of her “face” to display her emotions. She’s heard some of the younger humans she’s met refer to them as “ee-moe-geeze”, but that sounds like nonsense to her. “Face runes” sounds much better.

Lastly, as for how she sees, it’s basically just echolocation but with magical wavelengths instead of sound. This does mean that, if she were to be put into an...ahem…confined space, she wouldn’t be able to see out any further from said space.

Her face...or, well, lack thereof, isn’t the only strange thing about her though! Being a plantgirl, and a healer plantgirl, she also happens to be made of a decently potent healing herb. This makes her not only useful to have along for her healing spells, but also as a last resort healing item as well! Her feelings about this are...well, mixed. Sure, she wants to help her team succeed in their endeavors, but she doesn’t want to end up stuffed in a gut all the time. This usually ends up in a disgruntled Chamellia, casting healing spells from inside the stomach of her….”partner”.

In one timeline, her name got taken by Teatime. She was lucky enough not to be one of thoseadded to her form, however, she does still belong to the fae in that timeline. Her body got transformed into a lovely green pillow with plant motifs in its design, and placed upon Teyah's favorite chair, where she will serve those rounded cheeks she was so enamoured with forevermore.
