Institut Le Petun is one of the most elite and exclusive boarding schools in the world. An all-girl's academy, the Institute is also one of the most expensive schools in the world, with a single semester costing in excess of 100,000 American dollars. It is one of the oldest boarding schools in Switzerland and it's alumni registry of over five thousand students is among the most prestigious in the world. Le Petun has educated generations of dynastic families, including Rotheschilds, Kennedys, Hapsburgs, Hohenzollerns, and Borgheses, among others. Le Petun has educated several royals in the past century, and even the rich and famous will often find their daughters upon up to a two year waiting list to get into the school's hallowed halls... if they aren't simply turned down because of the list!
The girls of Le Petun are a diverse lot, though the school shows a preference for Central or Northern Europeans, it is not uncommon to find students from Egypt, North Africa, or the Americas; the student body is a diverse lot and their international background is frequently cited as a high point in the school's favor in preparing the daughters of the wealthy and influential for the increasingly interconnected nature of the world in which we find ourselves.
Le Petun has a broad and challenging academic curriculum. A parent's money helps a girl get her foot in the door, but only academic achievement can keep her inside. All told, the boarding houses contain 179 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and all together the academic buildings contain 53 classrooms, 8 science laboratories, 14 specially-equipped rooms, 48 apartments for Le Petun teachers, 2 infirmaries, a library/media centre with about 20,000 literary and reference works, a theatre, 3 dining rooms and 2 cafeterias, an auditorium, 2 gymnasiums, and an ecumenical chapel. Sports and arts facilities at Le Petun include 10 clay tennis courts, a 25-meter indoor pool and wellness centre, a 25-meter outdoor pool, 3 football pitches, 1 synthetic rugby pitch, 1 wood chip running track, a shooting and archery range, an open-air theatre, and a computer-regulated greenhouse. Off-campus Le Petun owns a private Equestrian centre housing 30 horses, 1 indoor riding school, 1 Dressage area, and a clubhouse. Also off-campus is the Le Petun sailing centre equipped with 10 dinghies, 3 motorboats, 3 yawls and a 38-foot (12 m) yacht.
Additionally, Le Petun has succubi.
This is, however, not an advertised benefit of the school, nor any kind of benefit at all! Rather, it is a quiet, sinister infiltration of a demonic nature that has started to take root within the hallowed halls of one of the world's most prestigious institutions. After all, where better can the
Nobilis_Succubi take possession of the daughters of the most powerful and influential people in the world, particularly after they've all been very neatly gathered together in one place? These young women will help shape the future of mankind... and the courts of the
Nobilis_Succubi are eager to control
them.
The operation to convert as many of the school's students as possible in a clandestine manner, however, is starting to go horribly, horribly wrong. As Le Petun is located in Switzerland, it falls in the shadow 'kingdom' of Queen Eva Scheid... whom is, as of very recently, deceased under less then straightforward circumstances. Betrayal is suspected. Without Queen Scheid to keep her Court in order, alliances are breaking down, old grudges are being settled, and new rivalries are breaking out as members of her court are practically scrambling over each other to fill the vacuum the influential Queen has left. In the world of the Noble Succubi, Central Europe is, to paraphrase, 'a fucking mess'.
In theory, none of this should have affected operations at Le Petun in any way. The school is remote, located in the Swiss Alps, it was managed by a single Countess whom was widely respected for her skills and her discretion. No one has any reason to interfere with the operation and the two highest ranked succubi in the school besides the Countess, a pair of recently raised Baronesses, don't have any enemies... or even really know any other succubi outside their subordinate Baronets.
But Countess Eichmann has, in the social upheaval of the Court, up and disappeared. None of the succubi in the Institute know where she has gone or why, but rumors are flying about like mad. Thus, the handling of the operations has fallen into the laps of the two Baronesses, Pride Hoffmann and Chantal Kerlin, who are young, fairly newly turned, and inexperienced at the intricacies and subtleties of the way of the Noble Succubi. The pair have formed a sort of 'council' with three of the more noteworthy Baronets in the school and are managing the best that they can. Which is to say, unfortunately, not very well. The operation at Le Petun has been quite forgotten by those above them and the Baronesses have no way of contacting the greater society to remind it of their existence. If they could, it's likely that the higher ranked nobles would start engaging in duels over control of one of the most lucrative sources of fresh talent that's been presented to the society in a century.
An uneasy atmosphere has fallen over the students of Le Petun. The mortals don't know why or exactly what, but strange incidents have started cropping up in the Institute. The school council's authority has grown exponentially, rivaling or at times seeming to exceed that of the teachers. Some of the girls have begun acting strangely, and others have outright disappeared. Le Petun's isolated location has kept attention to these events down... but this is a school for the children of the wealthy. Some people have started taking notice of the strange events. Some have even started trying to unravel it's mysteries...

| Pride Hoffmann | Pride is the middle of the three Hoffman sisters (the elder being Reason and the younger being Vanity) and is heiress to her family's business. During WWII, they made ball bearings for the Luftwaffe... now they make jet fighters for the Deutsches Heer. Pride was one of the first girls to be turned in Le Petun and is the spitting image of everything a Noble Succubi should be; graceful, intelligent, and proud. She was marked for greatness within Noble Succubi society from the word go and it was rumored that she was being 'fast tracked' to positions of greater power and influence. With the disappearance of Countess Eichmann, Pride has take up the mantle of leadership of the local Baronets until a more permanent solution can be found. She has come to rely extremely heavily upon her dearest friend in the world, the only other Baroness in Le Petun, Chantal Kerlin, and it is said that she does not make a signal decision without first consulting Chantal in some fashion. Some even whisper (though never where Pride or her 'ruling council' can hear) that she is actually utterly submissive to Chantal's will, though these are often dismissed because none can imagine a reason why that would be the case; Pride is stronger, more influential, more powerful, and could crush Chantal in a duel utterly should she merely wish to challenge her. Still, the lesser Baronets do so love their petty rumor-mongering, especially with the upheaval in the upper echelons of the courts, and so rumors continue despite efforts to quash them. | Baroness | Blue |
| Chantal Kerlin | A local Swiss, Chantal's father is an influential Swiss banker with access to a large number of fiances across the globe. And Chantal herself... was not even considered for conversion by Countess Eichmann. Though pretty, she is greatly outshone by her sisters. Though destined to be influential, she will have to work for that influence rather then inherit it in time. She and Pride Hoffman have been the closest of friends since they were girls and converting Chantal was the first thing that the newly ascended Pride did. Chantal is a quiet girl, given to lonely contemplation and solitary thought upon weighty topics. Chantal is weak, for a Succubus, and seems to hold the greatest strength in glamours and illusions. Without Pride, her influence and authority would evaporate overnight, and Chantal has thus far been content to sit back and allow Pride to run the Court's operations in Le Petun unchallenged, serving instead as Pride's strongest supporter instead of as a potential rival. | Baroness | Lilac |
| Marta Pulaski | Heiress to a sixth of the copper, zinc, and lead in Poland, Marta is a friendly, upbeat girl with a certain zeal for life and an infectious smile that has the habit of brightening a room. She hasn't changed much since her conversion and often serves as the friendly, smiling face of Pride's 'court', being an empathetic negotiator, and is often the scout for new talented girls to convert. Seeming to hold few personal ambitions of her own, Marta is a loving and supporting succubi that is content to stand in the warm glow of her friends' glory. Marta is not a forceful girl and it is believed that Countess Eichmann was grooming her for a role in which she would instruct and look after newly minted Baronets due to her kind and nurturing attitude. That, or she was intended to be a scout for new converts. Sadly, the missing Countess kept many of her plans to herself and thus whatever her intended role for Marta was is lost with her, leaving the guileless girl at the mercy of her sisters. | Baronet | Pale Orange |
| Vittoria Bellini | Heiress to an Italian sports car company, Vittoria is the pessimist and nay-sayer of the group... which, in Chantal's opinion, makes her important to keep around, thus it is in Pride's expert opinion that it is important to keep Vittoria around. Vittoria was largely bored with the lifestyle of the filthy rich, finding no challenge that couldn't be solved by a generous enough application of money. However, the intrigues of the Courts have rekindled her interest in life, as well as the blasphemous task of overturning God's natural order. Out of the ruling council, she is likely the strongest believer in the Noble Succubi's over-arching cause. In the meantime, the fiery Italian is unafraid to speak her mind, frequently bluntly, which makes it all the more unexpected when she does things subtlety, or tells a lie. | Baronet | Crimson |
| Leonie Ryser | A long-time associate of Chantal's who's presence was tolerated more then enjoyed, the two girls have found their former roles reversed, with Chantal holding power over the blonde. Chantal has chosen to be a more or less gracious winner and Leonie has fallen into the role of a Yes-Man for Pride... when her lips aren't too busy being attached to the more powerful and influential succubi's ass, of course. Leonie has plans, however, to advance her station in her life, and for that she requires Pride to rise as high as possible so that she can ride the other girl's coattails to greatness. Leonie is not, however, without her strong merits or else she would never have been turned to the Succubi's cause in the first place, after all. Leonie is extremely goal-oriented and willing to sacrifice much to achieve her ends. If her own meteoric rise requires someone to climb just a little bit higher then her; well, that's a sacrifice she's prepared to make. Industrious and intelligent, it would be foolish to confuse Leonie's desire to ingratiate herself with her superiors as a lack of talent. | Baronet | Pastel Green |
