Chargae

When you're done staring at that ref, go compliment that thar Aurana wot drew it so good! O..O

TLDR Version: Fackin' huge usually hungry dragoness, often friendly or lazy, sometimes less so. Has got more than a couple of dirty kinks, and anyone who dotes on her belly or paws will probably find themselves surrounded by a giant kitten of doom.

A quick note: Assume she's feral, as shown in ref unless her text colour is green, or a scene has otherwise been discussed.

Copperflight Chargae is the name of this particular dragoness. What's so unique about her, you might ask?

She's a manmade subspecies of dragon designed to consume metal and absorb it's properties along with it. However it worked out a little too well: Anything she eats affects her. Either in mass gained or new properties.

At this point, the things she has eaten, all in all, have resulted in near impervious scales over her form, her bones being constructed of unknown alloy mixes that result in light but strong framework for her body, as well as limited ability to shift her colours.

Chargae is even a little... rounded out. Though not outright fat, she's got a bit of give under her scales, thickening her form more than hanging off it.

A big dragon needs big things to move. Her front feet are about the size of a subcompact car in area, while her hindpaws leave marks big enough to lose a small van or bus. The difference in size makes it easier for her to stand on her back paws to look around, and such. As well as pin smaller dragons beneath them, but she wouldn't do a thing like that, right? (Wrong.)

Another reason she might stand out in a crowd (Of dragons, that is) is the fact she has two seperate pairs of wings. Her forward pair, the larger of the two with, when fully spread, span of around 150 feet tip to tip, are used mainly to provide lift, forcing her to desired altitude and the like, and, once at "cruising" height, lockable gliding wings. The secondary pair, at about 90 feet tip to tip, aid in sharp manuveres, acrobatics, speed flight, and are used to propel her when "gliding".

Finally, we have her tail and miscellaneous other bits.
Her tail itself is marvellously thick at the base, being one of the main places her body stores it's fat. Which also means it's squishy and comfortable. If, y'know, she lets you at it. It's also rather undeniably long. The tip can split apart into a normally near-indistinguishable tailmaw, the four petals and gullet capable of capturing things up to a third of her size. It also has a tongue, that can be used independantly, which rests within the "gullet" of the tailmaw.

Antho: As an anthropomorphic dragon, Chargae is still quite large (Around ten feet, usually, though it can vary). Most everything that stands out carries over, too. Her tail is thick and long, she has two pairs of wings, her markings remain. She does not gain breasts, though her form is feminine. She is quite a presence, too, a layer of padding over much of her thick muscle, just under her scales. In terms of colour, she's just a slightly altered version of her larger, feral self. In fact, if she takes to all fours, it's difficult to tell she's not still feral, only that she's smaller, and her forepaws are slightly changed.

Colours: In her normal relaxed state, she is copper as her namesake suggests. Gleaming, reflective copper on every inch of her form, save her wing membranes, fin membranes, horns and internal flesh. All of those are the colour of old copper, a nice calm sea green. Although it can illuminate with blinding bioluminescence at a moments notice.

In some circles she is known as the oncoming storm. This is because she can shift the colours of her external flesh from copper to grey. Though it's still reflective, it does help hide her when she wants to use it, as the colour is mostly taken from the alloys used in stealth aircraft and the like.

Another colour she can shift to is... Not so much a colour as a light source. Bioluminescence can be used by her to hunt, or light an area she needs lit, or simply to communicate. Though she's not the best speller.

A side note on her abilities: She can amplify, reduce, or simply conduct electrical current in a circuit. She stores charges, and builds them over time, too. Lately, this ability has been greatly amplified. As well as her gaining some more abilities that you might expect off an "Oncoming Storm"... These including both a limited ability to affect wind (Strengthen or weaken, basically) as well as controlling the water in the air, and even producing more of it. Though that takes some doing on her part.

No, I will not be part of your family, mate, daughter, mother, whatever. Not unless I decide otherwise. Not following this one will result in nastyness. It's a particular hate of mine, in most cases.

Background blah:

Her race was developed as a way to recycle metals (In her case copper) via digestion, purification and absorption. Unfortunately the refining kills the drake. She escaped the process and continued to feed instead, which, as her species grows as they absorb metal and organic materal... Soon lead to a big problem. Who knows what she's eaten other than copper, by now?
