Bio: Charlatania was born in a Team Rocket lab high up in the mountains for the soul purpose of being used as a pokemon front assault type which could exhaust other pokemon for capture by Team Rocket members to give them the advantage over other pokemon trainers. But this plan wouldn't work out too well as her and other experimental anthro pokmon eventually became sentient and eventually escaped taking out the facility in the process.

It took several years for anyone to notice the new anthro breeds of pokemon and even more time to find ways to capture them with new pokeballs designed for just their type of pokemon. But thankfully Charlatania had escaped deeper into the mountains before that had happened.

In the years that followed she would be challenged many times by trainers who had come to seek her out just to add her to their roster of pokemon. But sadly for them they were never heard from again. Now a legend surrounds her mountain about the trainer eating pokemon and how all trainers should avoid it at all costs. Though this doesn't stop people who are new or think they have the skill from climbing her mountain.

Which is why any trainer who dares the climb are asked to sign a waver at the closest pokemon center and have a planed route before making the climb. And if they don't return their name gets added to the long list which adorn a black marble obelisk of victims claimed by the mountain and its hidden anthro prokemon resident.

Quick side note: If either given a good idea or insperation, I might be able to play her outside of her mountain territory. She can also speak like a human though telepathically.
