History
Chifusa was named as successor to the Manyu clan, the most feared and powerful group in the land, set to inherit much of its power and secrets. She could not stand the brutal methods employed by her family and their treatment of the people though and abandoned the group, taking the scrolls documenting their secret techniques along with her.

She vowed to do whatever it took to undo the damage done by her family, helping the ordinary people stand up against the tyranny that had gone unopposed for many years.

In her land, the status and power of a woman was determined by the size of her bust. And through careful breeding and the elimination of any opposing bloodlines, the clan had kept the majority of the largest girls confined to their own ranks.

Using the techniques she had learned she hoped to change that system, ultimately by eliminating it, but in the short term by helping to redistribute the busts of the corrupt back to the people.
Personality
Chifusa is very kind and selfless, considering it her duty to protect and watch out for those weaker than herself.

She tends to be very focused on her mission, determined to do whatever it takes to help people, though she tends to get distracted sometimes, especially by buxom women.

While very gentle to those she considers friends or needing help, she is easily angered and violent against those who would stand in her way or do harm to the innocent.
Abilities
Chifusa is one of the most skilled ninja of her time, posessing agility and swordsmanship nearly unmatched.

She possesses one special technique known only to her, allowing her to steal the bust size of other women, or conversely give some of her own size to them.

As far as vore goes, she is quite capable. She leans towards using her breasts though she is just as capable for oral and unbirthing.
