Seto was dead. The 'King' had ended his own life with the blood of his kin. This was the last known report of the abnormally gendered Noble Chiropteran that Red Shield offered.
In due time, though, we shall see if this is truly the deceased Seto, or some stranger wearing a familiar face.

OoC/IC Information:
A Blood+ fancharacter, Seto is supposedly the grandson of Diva and the first King Chiropteran in history. For all whom haven't watched the series, you can Wikipedia it, but Chiropterans are essentially the same thing as vampires in many ways... It would seem that only the royalty and artificial chiropterans thrive on blood (or massive amounts of food, in the case of Saya) in the anime. The Chevalier sometimes rely on it in the manga.
Finally, my most important rule: No non-anthromorphic animals WITH THE EXCEPTION OF snakes and frogs. This may change at a later date, but not until I post it. I will play with non-anthro plants.
Oh, before I forget, one particular thing I should hit on: Unless your character has a mouth in his or her tail (Ex: Reverse/Tailmaw Nagas), I don't want to get sucked up by it. In other words, no non-realistic Tail Vore.

King Chiropteran: Combat Abilities
Quite unlike the Queens, the King has some rather interesting combat abilities aside from lethal blood... (Well, lethal to other Chiropterans, anyway.)
Note: 'King' is a generic term in this case. Anastasia reportedly has similar abilities.
Toxic Fang: The fangs that allow him to drink blood serve a second purpose... In the backs of them are tiny holes, leading to tiny sacs of what would seem to be toxin just above his mouth. This toxin can have a multitude of effects, including paralyzation, sleep induction, and poisoning.
Hypnotizing Stare: If you look into his eyes too long (when he is in his Predatory form), you could find yourself losing all grip on reality. Slowly, you will become his puppet, doing as he sees fit, despite your own cries for freedom, your body will not listen to your mind or the words you shriek.
Alluring Song: This song, passed down by generations, could formerly be heard only by Chiropterans... Due to the odd spiritual presences in the park, however, all can hear Seto's voice. This song can lull one to sleep or drive them insane with lust or an undying urge to approach him.
Chiropteran's Strength: With the strength of a Chevalier, Seto is more than capable of defending himself in Chiropteran Form.
Chiropteran Wings: A twelve-foot wingspan is what these immense bat-like appendages hold. They sprout from his back, directly from the shoulder blade, and will only appear when he is in Chiropteran Form and airborne (Falling or Jumping).
Berserker: Quite literally, Chiropteran Seto will go on an absolute killing spree, similar to Saya's brutal attack on Vietnam and Diva's attack on The Zoo's central mansion. In this form, pain is null, and he commonly calls upon his chevaliers and Minor Chiropterans to kill all in sight, showing no mercy. If he goes in this form, something is terribly wrong with him and you should either run or knock him unconscious... Attempting to actually kill him will only end in getting yourself killed.
