Perfection. Plain and simple. Class president, valedictorian, human rights advocate, volunteer, intelligent, insightful, honest, and generous. With a flawless body, and an altruistic and outgoing personality, many consider Chloe to be TOO perfect and suspect something sinister, or some kind of ulterior motive.
In reality though, that's just how she is. Raised with loving and supportive parents in a welcoming and diverse community, Chloe is one in a billion, suspected by most who met her to be destined for great and important things. Surely... surely the indulgent whims of some random person won't spoil that destiny... right?
