Cindy is a carefree sort of person, despite being extremely intelligent. From an early age, she has had an incredible comprehension and ability to figure out how things work just by looking at them. She rarely lets this intelligence show, however, preferring to be seen as a harmless person and enjoying the simple pleasures of life. As part of that, she prefers to wear as little clothing as possible, usually content wearing just underwear at all times except when it is simply too cold.

Her old mental illness pops up once in a while, however, causing anything from bad mood swings to extreme exhaustion, from migraines to dizziness or nausea.

Matter Manipulation: Cindy is able to alter the material makeup of her surroundings.

This takes a lot of calculation and care, however, as energy remains constant and some elements refuse to change into some others in this process.

The exact reach of her powers is unknown, but the magnitude is only limited by her willpower.

Cindy was born and raised in wealth, being taught well and shown the importance of proper form.

She already showed symptoms of severe mental problems at the age of six, to which her parents responded by assigning her a personal live-in psychiatrist. This psychiatrist, however, went on to sexually abuse her, leading to a crippling distrust for men, people older than her and strangers, as well as an extremely casual attitude towards sex. This also sowed an all-encompassing rage inside the otherwise quiet girl.

This rage surfaced when she was twelve and had an argument with her mother; in the middle of everything, the world around her started to shift, making the house and every person near her - including both her parents and her psychiatrist - simply vaporize.

This marked the beginning of her new existence, where not a shred of her old life remained.
