Fluff-head
Adjective
1. A state of mind characterized by carelessness, brought on by immortality. Having one's head constantly in the clouds, and not worrying about the well being of themselves or others. Oftentimes found very cute, or very ingratiating by others around them.
2. The general state of a yousei's thought process.

Yep, Cinny's a fluff head.
She doesn't mean to be, all the time, but after thousands of generations of yousei evolution, becoming an ever-childish immortal being tends to make one stop worrying to much about anything more then what's gonna be fun to do next. Most yousei are like that. Cinny's a -little- bit better about it than the others, but only so much. She's still gonna not really notice threats when they are payed to her, and anyone in a hurry is bound to get pranked or bothered in some fashion, especially if its a full moon out.
What is a yousei, you ask? Think fairy, but not. Yousei are the embodiments of nature in the land known as Gensokyo. Anything from ripples over a lake, to snow falling, to stars twinkling. If it's natural in some form, chances are there's gonna be a yousei of it somewhere.
Cinny? She's the 'harvest moon' We'll get to that...
Personality
Well, she's a fluff-head.
Curiously, though, she tends not to be as zealously hyper as a lot of her sisters. She's a bit more...flighty, i guess is the term. Loves to stare at clouds, or kick her feet in the water. Never goes out of her way to especially mess with someone, but she will pull her prank on occasion. Often times, though, people will find the silly little one snoozing under a tree with a very sweet smile on her face.
She is named 'Dream' for a reason. The cinnamon part, though, comes from the fact she...well..loves cinnamon. Get anything with cinnamon around her, and she will beg you to have it, even trying to steal it from you.
Though Cinny tolerates her sisters quite well, she doesn't like it when her sisters maliciously attack someone. Defending yourself? Sure! Going out of your way to pick on someone? She'd probably go out of her way to shoot them down, or at least help the victim.
Powers
Immortality: You can't kill a yousei. They are nature incarnate. Properly killing a yousei would be like getting rid of gravity, or the seasons changing. Now, you can smush them or blow them up easy enough, and they end up exploding into wisps of energy, or dust or any number of things. Five minutes later, though, they are back with little care that it happened. Often times they don't even remember it happened.
Flight: All Gensokyans can fly. She can fly pretty fast, since she has wings.
Harvest moon: Cinny's aspect is, literally, the harvest moon. The beautiful reddish-orange moon that happens on full moon nights near the autumnal equinox. Her powers, therefore, wax and wane based on whether it's approaching the Autumnal or Vernal Equinox. Naturally, between autumnal and vernal, she's waning, and between vernal and autumnal she's waxing.
On the Vernal Equinox, she cant even fly.
On the Autumnal Equinox, she can give nearly anyone in gensokyo a run for their money.
Danmaku/Spell Cards
Curiously, a lot of her danmaku either are autumnal leaves, or moon-shaped crescents, she seeming to align heavily with the harvest months. Not that she fights all that often. Her favorite patterns involve her raising up moons around her opponent that attempt to crash into each other, while leaves slowly float down in a lazy pattern. Also, the number of cards she uses is determined by the proximity to the Autumnal equinox. On the equinox will be every card, and each increment of time away from it will take a card away, till finally on the Vernal equinox she cannot even fight.
Leaf Sign [Lazily falling to the floor]
As one would expect, this is very similar to her non-spellcard leaf patterns, but she ends up gently twirling and lazily flying back and forth in between the patterns, slowing and bunching the shots where she flies through them, making it significantly harder to find an opening.
Sweetness [Cinnamon Disks]
Named after her all time favorite candy, she calls up ruby red danmaku in the shape of discs and begins twirling them around her, they eventually leaving the orbit and bouncing off anything they can, always slowly heading toward her foe though.
Lunar Sign [Watching the Full Moon Set]
This card 'heavily' relies on the lunar cycle. With a raise of her hands, a pattern in the shape of the moon's current cycle forms out in front of her and then explodes outward, sending shots in all directions. Useless on the new moon, as no shots form, the full moon floods the entire battlefield with reddish-orange danmaku.
Horizon [Moon illusion]
A funny little illusion card. Cinny fires out moon danmaku slowly from the very top, but as they approach the center of the battlefield, they grow bigger and bigger, covering a good deal of the battlefield before shrinking. Plays on the optical illusion of the moon becoming bigger as it sets or rises.
Equinox [Day dances with Night]
Playing off the harvest moon being the 'full moon closest to the equinox' this card celebrates the equinox itself, forming both a sun and a moon dancing in the middle of the battle field, the moon sending out twirling crescents, and the sun firing out miniature suns as they spin outward and inward in harmony.
Harvest [Tanuki collecting for the winter]
Based on the Tanuki, who collect red leaves in the autumn, being able to summon up fire with a special nature bond. A cascade of brown, yellow and red leaves flutter out, flowing around each other, though all the red ones will disappear before they reach the player. An illusion, as the red ones often cover the brown and yellow, forcing her opponent to have to make split-second decisions.
Festival [Shūbun no Hi]
Though they aren't actually her 'family', this card actually has Cinny calling for fairies in the area to celebrate 'Shūbun no Hi', the festival on the Autumnal equinox. And no, fairies still come no matter -what- day of the year it is, silly fluffheads. This card starts out simple, with Cinny dancing and making leaves fall, but with each yousei that shows up, more and more types of bullets will begin to flood the field. Do not let Cinny keep going on this one.
Last word
Last words are exactly that. if you trounce her so badly, and 'captured' all of her spell cards up to this point by never being struck and beating through her, she will unleash her last word upon you.
[The Harvest Moon]
Never available except on the night of the moon itself, she forms a harvest moon in the middle of the battlefield, which slowly begins to spiral in and out from the middle, growing larger and smaller with each pass. While this happens, she begins to rapidly fire out leaves that, as soon as they touch the moon, explode into a cascade of red and orange lasers, all pointed at her opponent. Each time the moon passes the player, it stops them in place, and each time it passes Cinny, she sends out leaves right into the moon, firing a massive reddish-orange beam that covers part of the battlefield.
