Claire's appetite is insatiable, she's always finding excuses to fire employees at the office she works at just so she can eat them, most people in her workplace do their best to avoid her. Most people would just quit, but there's been more than a few times where people who've quit have gone missing around the same time, plus she pays her employees well at least. Being an intern isn't really any better either, in fact it's practically a death sentence with her in charge, only letting a few of them avoid becoming gut pudge so that the higher-ups will lay off her back.

She's a pretty proficient predator, only taking around 30 minutes - 1 hour to digest someone, she can fit two people in her gut without too much discomfort, and if she really wanted to, she could manage to get down three, though by then she'd be completely immobile and have a stomach ache for a day or two.
